Pros +

It is quiet, clean, private and safe. Park right outside the door! Clean pool, close walk to the ocean. Condo has all the things you'd need away from home. Dishes in the cabinets, utensils, fans, beach chairs & umbrella. We couldn't ask for anything more!

Cons -

I'm sure the complaint of spiders was actually about mayflies. They're everywhere outside at night. The condo owner can't do anything about bugs in their natural habitat. They don't bite, they're just annoying.
