The area was ok

Everything was horrible bed nasty room nasty

overall the stay was great!

nice stay for the price and location only thing I can complain about is the $50 deposit I had been here for a week with no one saying anything about just think it was lack of communication I had no problem paying the deposit

The newly remodeled area.

The managements poor handling when housekeeping tried to forcefully enter my room 2 hours before checkout with a do not disturb card in place. Pool closed and staff lack of respect for privacy and concern for what happened.

The hotel room was nasty and wasnt maintained. Toilet seat fell off. Cealing was falling down. Trash and wrappers behind bed. Dirt in all the corners

The hotel wasn't good to stay. The room I was in #231 it had roaches, plumbing problems, the bottom of the toilet is dirty, the phone in the room wasn't working. It had holes in the wall. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there

My room caught fire the other room no heat froze to death the next room got locked out told had to wait two hours for maintenance

I could cancel my booking on the day of.

I had to cancel once I arrived. there were exterior doors, door looked like it had been prided open and would not close with a seal. There was a huge stain on the carpet, a horrible smell, dirty chair, stained microwave, overall very unsafe and unclean.

Room not very clean; Saw two small roaches crawling in tub and on nightstand last morning, white stains on chair, wall lamp was pulled out and left on tv stand, bathroom floor sticky, brown stains on white duvet, cigarette holes on gold comforter/blanket

The location and the water pressure

The 1st room had a roach in the phone and in the bathroom. It also had a peeling ceiling, maybe from water damage?? The 2nd room had electrical wiring issues. The 3rd room had a horrible moldy smell, there were electrical wiring issues, and no phone.

We have stayed at this hotel before, and it is close to Lander University, as well as shopping.

Incredibly strong scent of marijuana coming through the bathroom air vent. We had to go and purchase Lysol to spray and combat the smell. Room is fairly outdated. While they have breakfast, you'd almost do better going to Walmart and warming food up.

The peace and quiet and the location and of course you're good delicious breakfast and the convenience of areas to shop at

One l if the l only motels in Greenwood to have an option for a hot breakfast. The breakfast options were good. The staff was very nice.

The cleaning staff left a bottle of Febreeze. We found multiple dead roaches in the room. One on the night stand and one in the bathroom. The room had a bed bug problem, at some point, because we found stains on the sheet and on the mattress.

The staff was short and rude. The room was dirty. The heat/ac didn¿t work very well at all. It took 3 hours to get warm. The TV remote didn¿t work. The TV stayed on the same channel the whole time we were there.

Guests in the next room had loud music and loud conversation until 3:30 AM. We had to get up at 6:45. Obviously the walls are paper thin and the neighborhood was sketchy.

Hotel was clean, newly remodeled one of the best motels I've stayed at. Comfortable bed!

The beautiful pool that I was looking forward to getting in was closed due to covid. Maybe the vaccinated should be able to use the pool . Just a thought

Stayed their twice this year and had to stand outside because the key wouldn't work and one night the door was stuck and ajar so u can see the outside and the cold air i don't think I will go back.
