The rooms were very spacious and clean. The property had a great location for walking to all areas in downtown Greenville.
There is no free parking at the hotel. You either pay $25 valet or use a parking deck across the street that cost max $7 a day.

Location is good. Near downtown
Room dated. Bathroom door does not lock. Tv did not work. No blanket for sofa bed and when we asked front desk, we were told only one blanket per room.

Nice location, very comfortable and everyone was friendly.
Has a breakfast but it’s not continental breakfast. Cost was $11.

The staff were very polite and informative. The valet attendant, Frank, was exceptional. He was so courteous, fun and freindly. You really felt the southern hospitality and humor.
I wish there could have been a little more late night eating option in the hotel. But I'm a night person and use to eating late night/early morning so that is the only reason.

Indoor pool was great! Rooms were very spacious. Staff was kind and helpful.
How breakfast works and pricing of breakfast was confusing. I wasn't sure if it was included in our room rate or not. Parking was also a little confusing at first due to it being downtown.
