The staff was nice

Staff did nothing about the loud obnoxious people down stairs. Partying all night and all day with loud music!

The second night I was woke up at 3:00 am by some loud occupants and they wouldn't be quite

The price before they told me when I arrived, I had to pay an additional $25 for a non-smoking room, that still has not been refunded to me.

I did not like the lingering odd smell. I did not like that they didn't mop the floors before, or during our stay. I didn't like that they didn't make the bed properly. I didn't like the lack of credit card paying for the vending machine.

Location to everything, really has came a long way,Staff is very helpful and amazing,Love the 12 checkout time and the option for later check out, Also had a mishap and the staff corrected it with no issues

Only 2 accessible outlets in room on a lamp

I travel extensively and dont normally fill these out, however this facility far exceeded my expectations for the price! The staff was friendly and professional on arrival. The room appeared to be recently remodeled. It was very clean and accommodating

The room smelt like smoke....there was trash all up the hallway to the room..no decaf coffee and two types of cereal that were stale....I was not happy with this stay!!

Drug dealers out til after 1am and not the best bed cheap room not the 3star it said it was more like no stars

While the hotel is under renovations, the completed rooms were very decent. Check in staff was kind and efficient. Good bed. Would stay again.

Older staff member knocking on doors @ around 8 am to see if u were checking out that day was not welcome.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The only bad thing was they were doing construction on some of your rooms.

Bed bugs were so bad thwy abt carried me back out. Seen one in shower had doubts went to sleep and woke up itching all night then woke up and had bites all over!

This hotel is not in any condition to have guests there now.Upon finally locating this hotel, I did not feel safe to stay there with my daughter by myself. I took pictures of the outside of the hotel as well as the surroundings.Not very inviting run down.

Hotel employee who manages the front desk have me a room with two beds for free upgrade even though I only paid for a standard room. Great family run motel. So glad they took over this location and now have brand new rooms.

Nothing, worst experience ever who ever rated this hotel 3 stars is crazy, completely torn apart, no water in the pool.
