When we finally left the dump!!!

The manager, the fact that I was not given the handicapped room and I fell And the hostial manager kicked us out because I called corporate on the whole thing. He said he didn't like handicapped people they are too much trouble.

Nothing when you get there you have to pay a deposit on your card and now they say I get the deposit back but will not go back to card they don't know why. So there trying to not give me my money

The staff was very friendly it was a great location

There was no elevator They did not allow you to take breakfast to your room. The tv was old and it had lines running down the picture.

We enjoyed our stay. And the fact that the hotel is pet friendly and we have 2 small Yorkies it was nice to have them with us.

Beds incredibly hard, did not sleep at all. Pet friendly room had couch and chair torn up and ripped. Looked like flecks of blood on walls in bathroom by shower and toilet paper holder, floors are laminate which is good for pets but strange in a hotel

It was loud! It was not as luxurious as it was when I first stayed there. They have tenants now and they have not kept it up to par.

Parking is excellent. Coffee and juice are free, no breakfast due to Covid-19.

The towels in the room are very cheap and thin. Bedding could be a little better also. Please upgrade.

The hotel was ok. Not the cleanest. We were on the better side. The other side people were blasting music and smelled like smoke

Just the location was easy to find

The room was dirty. it had dead bugs in it, the bathroom fan was loose from the ceiling mount and soooo loud it was unbearable for a more than a minute. the floors were uncarpeted.. very strange. Just NASTY! Whats worse is there was no water!!!! REFUND!

Spacious and the staff were nice. Good location for my purpose of visiting.

The smell smelt a little like urine when I walked in the room to turn on the air.

That they let pets stay for free. Our dog is our baby, we don't like to go anywhere without her. They were very welcoming.

We had truck w/trailer. Everywhere we parked, was told to move so other trucks could park there. Granted, one spot was a truck turnaround, the other places we parked should've been ok, because we saw others park there.

Good water pressure, that's it!

Nasty, dirty, outdated, smelled, uncomfortable, loud, minimal breakfast. Felt like i was in a halfway house or something. They were remodeling and there were rooms without doors on them with groups of people watching tv and carrying on.

Breakfast was poor and dirty. Fan falling out of ceiling in bathroom. Not an overly friendly person at check in. No elevator.

Convenient

No towels. 3 of us in a room and everyday they gave us 2 towels 1 washcloth and 1 handtowel then gave us attitude when we requested additional towels everyday.

No pool

Staff were helpful and pleasant and do everything they could to make the visit enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel actually exceeded the star rating in my opinion.

Nothing at all that I didn't like about this motel. It was very nice and really clean.
