Hampton Inn Gaffney

Staff was very courteous, excellent location.

Carpet in hallways were stained and needed shampooing. Heat made loud rumbling noise during the night that woke me out of my sleep. Ceiling over tub cracked in several places.

Great location. Very friendly staff. Clean.

Water in shower never got hot.

Bed firmness was great. Bathroom had a nightlight built into the panel. A/C unit allowed constant fan. Breakfast had a good variety of food.

Beds & in room TV channel selection.

Elevator door had a hard time closing & the rooms could use stationary & channel guide on paper.

The hotel was clean the bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.

There was only weak light roast coffee if you like colored water it was great.

Staff was friendly.

The water did not get hot.The air conditioner would only go from extremely cold or hot.

Staff was amazing- very friendly! The room was very clean and nicely decorated- much nicer than the pictures (they may be old pics). Quiet, great value. Felt very safe and clean (despite COVID worries). Would definitely stay again if ever in Gaffney!

Only down side was there was no breakfast, but that's due to COVID regulations, NOT THE HOTEL'S FAULT! They do provide a to-go bag of breakfast, but we overslept and missed it. Guess the bed was too comfy!!

Friendly staff and decent breakfast choices even with covid.

Our room was mediocre at best. Floors were filthy, bed spread was dirty, room was very dusty, some bathroom towels were dirty, and shower was dirty inside and out.

They were going through some construction and we didn't have a table or chairs. Dust was on the hangers. Maid service didn't pick up the rotten egg I got for breakfast downstairs that morning.

Rooms are realy poor looking. Sheets are not white any more.

Clean, fresh smelling room every day when we stayed there. Also, staff changes fhe covers and pillow cases everyday. They also clean the bathroom well and towels and toiletries even if we don't ask for it. Also the breakfast was really good.

We can hear the people next to our room even if their voices were in normal tone.

Clean! Friendly folks! No bugs! Refrigerator & coffee maker in room (Didn't use microwave, but it had one!) Nice pool! Good, hot breakfast with fresh fruit, yogurt, waffles, sweets available, along with 4 kinds of juice and coffee.

Not really! Housekeeper forgot to leave coffee in room for our 2nd stay, but was just an oversight. It is more pricey than hotels where we usually stay, but our friends stayed here, so we joined them. Would prefer about $30-40 less fee.
