- location is best and breakfast is decent if early
- Location was excellent, right down the road from Carowinds. The staff were very friendly. The hotel was clean. Nice pool area, but pool was ice cold.

- Not enough shampoo and conditioner conditioner , not that clean but solid for a 2.3 star hotel
- 1. Sofa bed could not be extended in current position, I had to move furniture around to use the sofa bed. 2. I had to request bedding for the sofa bed 3 X's 3. clean crew did not speak English, and kept guessing at what I needed instead of getting help
