Bed was comfortable and room was nice.

Elevator had problems on arrival and staff was not at the desk upon checking in or checking out .Breakfast should be included instead of an additional charge.

Handicap bathroom was lovely except the toilet was low & difficult to get off for handicap room

location was excellent with lots of great eateries within walking distance.

I had a very positive experience at this hotel, the next time I'm in town, I will book here again. The cleaning staff kept us stocked on fresh towels and bedding, and the rooms were cleaned daily. Staff was very friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was decent and had a little variety. It's well worth the price you pay per night. The room was nice and spacious.

The so-called "laundry" area is just two washers sitting in a hall next to a soda machine. There are no dryers, and both machines were outta order.

Room was comfortable, clean and had everything needed. Breakfast was good but felt incomplete.

Staff seems exhausted. No one smiles. They go through the motions. Breakfast didn't have cream cheese or water.

Great location, close to downtown without the huge price. Lots of parking and good breakfast. Large updated rooms as well.

Room seemed a little dirty and housekeeping did not come by at all during my stay. Staff appeared to be sparse, but was friendly when interacted with them.

The pull out mattress/sofa bed was dirty as if the mattress was never cleaned or the sheets

People were smoking outside to close to the entrance. The entire hotel felt warm and stuffy. It did not have a fresh smell. The toilet was way to low.
