Good location
Towels with holes. Hard to control temp in the room… too hot or too cold

Persons at the front desk were nice. Easy check-in process. Directions to get to Ft Jackson were given to me to locate and easily explained. The location to food places and Ft Jackson was nearby. The bed was comfortable, room was decent.
The stained lobby furniture/chair. Also the chair in my rm was stained. Their were spots on the lampshade. The carpet wasn't cleaned all the way, dirt and crumbs on it. A strain of hair in the shower

The location was perfect for me! It was close to the highway for my commutes and easy to navigate into the hotel via the main road and back roads. The front desk staff were courteous, easy to chat with, helpful and just outstanding!
The bed was too soft for my bad back but i think most people wouldn't have an issue.

The fast and prompt service of checking in and out the front desk was phenomenal the breakfast was great the rooms were clean and comfortable
The only thing I can think of is I wish I could have stayed longer
