- Staff was amazing
- Rock eyes at the desk is the star of this property! She went above and beyond with her interactions with guests. Love the valentines decorations, hot chocolate bar, freshly made cookies and popcorn!
Cons -
- Room was dirty, not ready for us when checking in
- Our toilet had a leak issue but no big deal
- Requested additional towels, housekeeping forgot. Housekeeping did not come at all next day (rockeyea brought us clean towels- housekeeping was gone for the day. No extra towels next day either
