Location was very good. Easy to get to multiple places around the area.

No water pressure. It was like taking a shower under a garden hose with a kink in it.

The location was super convenient and quiet with gas, restaurants and set back from main roads.

The carpet although somewhat new had stains on it. The bathroom molding was missing and there was rust. The sliding door on the shower was not cleaned in the track. When we got to our room, there were two hanging towels in the bathroom that looked used.

Pool and weight room closed while we were there so we were not able to use them. Very disappointed

Location, guest parking, breakfast options. There was always a staff member at the counter if needed.

There was a big stain in my room shower that couldn?t be taken out. A recommendation is to update desk chairs. Gym was not available during my week long stay.

Went to check in, hotel had allowed an "emergency group" in and overbooked - so I needed to relocate - no advance notice.

The staff was very kind, until they told us we left the room a mess, which it wasn't. The staff could not explain what we'd left messy, and told us we couldn't stay. This put us in a position where we had to sleep in our car.

The fact that they wouldn't explain why they wouldn't let us stay, after having stayed there for three days prior. We left the rooms clean every time, and I took pictures after being told we leave the room unacceptable. I am filing complaints.

I thought the staff was very friendly. Really liked the breakfast and my room was clean. For the price, it was a great deal.

The hotel was a bit run down, but enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

The room was good and location was good.

They over charged me by $90 and even acknowledged that they did over charge me. I still haven't been reimbursed even though they have taken the full amount from my credit card. I had a pending credit that disappeared days ago. I have to call a THIRD time.

Your staff are the epitome of pleasant! EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM!!!!!!!! The check in staff were great- the desk staff were so helpful- even the maintenance staff went out of his way to bring bags over so that we could clean up after our dogs.

EVERYTHING was AWESOME! Even the cleaning staff greeted us as we came off the elevator- and she was busy cleaning a room! JUST AWESOME!!!!
