The Hilton Providence is ideally placed only a short walk from the Providence Place Mall and Federal Hill. Cons -
- The check-in staff were horrible every time I spent 1 night there. How do they hire people who don't know how to deal with people? The only good thing about the hotel was the housekeeping staff on the third floor.
- The room itself needed a touch of updating, torn carpet, half functioning shower head, scratched sink basin
- Surprise charge for parking. Was not informed by staff at check in that there would be a 32 per day charge for parking. Also housekeeping stole my phone charger so that was disappointing
