- Rooms vary some larger and better apointed. Some rooms have fridges mine didn’t and ice is somewhere in a different building. Coffee maker would’ve been nice as breakfast isn’t served until 8 AM.

Very short walk to Tennis Hall of Fame, short walk down to the harbor/Thames Street area - I parked my car when I arrived and didn't drive again until I left 4 days later.

Located on Bellevue Avenue, this collection of three renovated old buildings is ideally located and has quaint little rooms.
I never did find the continental breakfast area.
A lot of New England charm! hotel employee at the front desk was very nice. Beautiful corner room with a jacuzzi. The breakfast is served in the cutest little warm, cozy area. A true full, fresh meal...with protein! Try the chocolate croissants, they're worth it!

The Inn is in the most perfect location for walking around Newport. A quick walk down the street you are at stores and restaurants on Thames. The breakfast was delicious too.
Everything exceeded expectations! During Covid we were concern about taking a get a way. We are so glad we did The place was so clean!! and the staff was warm and inviting. The breakfast..amazing, location perfect. We cannot wait to go again!

Yes. There was hair left in the bathtub and on the shower walls. The hairdryer blew up in my face and caught fire. The sink in the bathroom didn't drain and the shower only had one door so water got everywhere.
Charming! Right in the heart of everything and close to downtown! Rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. First right in with Newport scene.

Lots of stairs, that didn't bother me as it is an authentic experience but if you are handicapped or have trouble with stairs it would've been an issue.

Convenient to downtown
Room was very small. Bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom was extremely small. If you were a larger person you wouldn't be able to fit in there. The free breakfast was ok but nothing to be excited about. We should have gone elsewhere.
