The location

The pool was closed almost the entire stay the dishwasher flooded the room then it stopped working our blender didn?t work had to request a new one found black mold in the bath room and someone who had a good time in the room before us we found they thing

The amenities were the only thing we were able to use as the hotel was ?overbooked? and we were relocated to a DUMP.

The fact that the hotel was ?overbooked? and the whole reason for this vacation was to have a 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen and we were relocated UPON ARRIVAL (not even a courtesy call beforehand) to a DUMP that didnt even compare to what we paid for

Room that we booked became ?unavailable ? moved a lesser hotel then had to cancel because there was not enough room for the family to sleep

The pool, the room size, and the bed all excellent

The person checking us in was gracious, helpful and very welcoming. She gave us information about the area and made us feel very comfortable. All staff we met were pleasant and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I love that it had 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with both a full kitchen, dining and living area.

The registration parking. It was dark when we arrived and I was not able to see where the entrance was. We ended up in the back of building. Dragging our luggage through pool area and down hall to find out it wasn’t the right way. Very frustrating.

Room was only okay for the price (almost $1000/night). Went to the front desk during business hours, but nobody was there.

The room was huge and so clean! The beds were comfortable. It was close to everything in downtown Newport. It was the perfect getaway for my mom and I!

It was a bit complicated getting to our room.

It was a very quick check in process. We like the layout of the room and the full kitchen. The location is the best for doing things downtown.

I wish there was more attention to the pool and Jacuzzi area. Kids were all in the Jacuzzi when it was posted that they weren't allowed. One of the showers were slow to drain but didn't really bother me as much as it bothered my hubby.

Location is great and pool/hot tub is nice to break up the day for something to do with the kids. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

We booked a three bedroom unit and arrived to find that they had overbooked them and only had a two bedroom for our group (5 adults 2 children 2 babies)The unit was outdated and dirty. Hair on the floor and crumbs in corners of room. Broken furniture, nowhere to put our clothes during our stay- no dresser in bedroom.

Close to shops and restaurants… Staff was very friendly…

The rooms were very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

We had no complaints during our visit. This made for an enjoyable trip.

Convenient location, I liked the two bedroom condo set up. Gym was convenient. They even have a nice pool and movie night.

Our rooms were facing the Marriott garbage area and garbage pick up was 5.45 am with beeping trucks. I had imagined the beautiful view of the harbor based on the location but was disappointed when we got to our rooms.
