- Needs updating and was moderately clean as a result. The staff was helpful in some ways but not consistent amongst the members. One told us we had to strip the beds and towels and put them in a bag while at checkout they told us we did not need to do it.
- Heater in bedroom made loud weird noise while on the process of heating the room
- The fireplace did not work.

Location. Room was spacy. Staff was helpful and tried hard despite our negative experience.
There is a Hotel and a Timeshare right next to each other, both share the name Oceancliff. Picture on the web showed the hotel but reservation was made with Timeshare. Timeshare appears neglected in places and definitely not worth the high price we paid!
