- Staff showed excellence. Food we love in the morning. 24 hour hot fresh coffee. Hot tub was really hot. We loved this pleace.
- The Hotel is well kept and the room was very nice. Breakfast was included and well stocked with a decent selection. EZ parking in garage next door. If I have the need to stay in that area again this would be my choice.
- The staff were great.; friendly, helpful, attentive and fun. Our room had a slight musty smell. I informed the front desk when I was in the lobby and the person at the desk, immediately followed me up to my room with air freshener and took care of it.

- I had a hard time contacting the front desk to schedule the room for the group rate. They did follow through and call me back as promised. I have to assume it's related to staffing shortages so I have understanding about the issue.
