- I had bites all over my body from something in the room. Hotel staff was rude! They said I smoked in the room which I donâ≢t smoke & charged my card 250. For cleaning a room that wasnâ≢t cleaned. as per local attorney. I will get that back . Horrible .

Horrible place !!!!it looked fine but after I got under the sheets it was icky. The rug needed to be vacuumed & the closet had hangers on the floor. Smelt like RAID when I first settled in on the bed covers . Just dank crappy room. Yes, bites are bed bug!

We found our room to be incredibly clean. We also found the pool and whirlpool to be very clean. Staff were very friendly as well.

Comfortable beds, pillows and blankets, fluffy bath towels, great amount of work space. And of course, a great breakfast with a great attending staff...very friendly and accommodating.
No newspapers available in breakfast area. At least none that I could see.

No matter what the question, the staff did their very best to help and accommodate any and all requests. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I don't think we've been to a nicer hotel.

Breakfast options were great. I love that coffee and tea are available all the time. Staff are very friendly, professional and kind! I love Maria! Felt well-kept and orderly. Free Wifi access was easy to obtain and convenient. I felt safe.
