Compliments to the staff, especially Michael Dylan Brandy and Cameron for assisting when there was an error with booking.com that required frequent visits to the front desk. Every interaction was friendly and efficient. Hyatt, you have an excellent front desk team. Please keep them all happy. The breakfast buffet is well above average with fresh fruits, oatmeal with cranberries and brown sugar, scrambled eggs and sausage, hot sauce, 8 types of bread and bagels, and so on. The coffee bar could use improvement though as the standard dispenser barely has room for the cups. A simple stand to lift it would resolve that, but other improvements would be welcome. Thw front desk also has a variety of drinks, baked goods and medicine available 24. Unfortunately, no convince stores are nearby.However, the winning feature is the location as you are just 2 blocks away from multiple sports stadiums, music venues, and the entire north shore waterfront. Enjoyed my stay and extended it, very likely to seek this location again should I return to the city.

Unfortunately the building is located immediately next to where 279 turns on the the Duquesne Bridge. This produces an unavoidable source of noise, although only 5% of rooms look like they receive the brunt of it.

Beautiful hotel in a great location!!

The room was really outstanding! Previously we had stayed in a 2-star hotel which cost about $30 less, but we decided to splurge this time. OMG, so much more value for that $30! The room was spacious, with comfortable beds and sofa. There was a separate desk area which we used for our laptop. And the shower! Wow! We also enjoyed taking our breakfast in the little outside area of the hotel.

We really liked the hotel. No complaints.

Hotel location is perfect if you are staying in the north shore area. Right in the middle of restaurants and activities, everything in the North Shore is within walking distance. Our room was spacious and clean, beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The free breakfast was wonderful, hot and cold options, and they were all extremely flavorful and fresh.

The pool water was a foggy, green color with a film on top. My kids did swim in it because it was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel, and we were hoping it was just something off with the chemicals. But it was definitely a bit concerning and unappealing.

Very Clean, great complimentary breakfast. Great location, close to a variety of dining and activities.

This hotel is a dump. Furniture is old and beat up. Room had dirty carpet, stained couch, really subpar. Staff was friendly enough however clearly don't care about their jobs. The morning breakfast was horrible, fake, scrambled eggs, tasteless sausage, really bad. The parking lot is a dark, dirty place with ultra tight spots. If you have a nice car you don't want to park at this hotel. Clearly management is milking the location due to its proximity to the ball park and not reinvesting in their property. Never staying here again

Location is fantastic. Hotel's staff very kind and helpful.

Breakfast is only served on weekdays until 9:30 a.m., which results in a very crowded and rushed experience.

Bed and the pillows were very comfortable. Spacious room (almost like a suite with a separated sleeping area from the "living" area. Nice sink and shower too. Nice breakfast bar with a good selection - although I do not recommend the scrambled eggs (were they even real eggs?) Excellent location.

There should be something in the room telling the customer that clean towels would not be provided unless requested. We went out for the day and came back late at night to find that nothing had been cleaned and the used towels were not replaced. We were ok with the room not being cleaned, but could've used some new towels. Also, I had asked for a room with a view when I made my reservation and we got a room with a VERY Close up view of the highway (cars and trucks rushing by about 20 feet from our window). But I guess everybody wants a room with a view, so that's ok.

The location is great and the actual rooms are nice.

They did not inform me of the additional fees while checking in, such as the price of parking a car and the room accidental rate.
