person in room next to me was arguing loudly with whoever would they were with cursing very loudly that you could hear through the walls. Also, they banged on the wall to tell my kids to be quiet and cursed at them to be quiet never again.

Absolutely disgusting. Bugs in the bed. Owners were yelling at me once I stated I was no longer comfortable staying here. Refused refund.

the location and price and staff very nice

Very clean room and grounds. Location was terrific. Staff was very nice!

Proximity to activities

The website for the motel has not been updated in years. They show pictures of items that are no longer there. They also had a very small selection of breakfast items. The pool hours were also a small window of opportunity.

No wifi, and no restaurant as listed. Didn¿t even offer clean towels or any housekeeping.

The rate compared to other hotels in the area.

The signs everywhere about "Don't ask for additional linens or towels" and "Fees for staying over check out time". Just thought it was odd, but as an economy motel maybe they need to have them as some people just assume. Also pool hours 3pm to 10pm? Odd.

Location close to my daughters tournament. Overall the room was clean and the hotel itself was quiet.

$--- nite was outrageously expensive for 1 night, but it was a high demand weekend. Other than that, no negatives.

The pool.

No housekeeping at all. Was told it wouldn¿t be done daily but would be during our stay. At checkout was told it wasn¿t daily. Never saw anyone working but the checkin employee during the week.

Location was in a quiet area and near groceries and other stores.

It was old and very basic amenities.

The location was perfect for its location (close to softball fields).

It was a winter tournament. The room was cold and we were provided with minimum blankets and pillows.

the room was beyond big and the shower/bathroom was bigger than expected

The room in general was for someone who was handicapped and the shower didnt have a bathtub, and the ac unit barely worked. we were put in a room that was inside. Never ever again wont ever stay there again.

Dated, needs a deep cleaning, upgrade the finished product. Bed was horrible, TV was small, 1 chair in the room. It had a fridge no microwave, no tissues. No cleaning service due to Covd-19 which is understandable but had 3 smaller towels for 2 people.

Yes, the key was hard to figure out and the noise coming from the room next door.

Spacious and clean. Great water pressure is shower.

Not enough pillows on beds and cldnt request any.

Friendly staff, pool was great but only opens at 3pm leaving the morning before Hershey opens with nothing to do. Great location near everything and only 15 min from Hershey.

Carpets were dirty, seemed like it wasn't even vacuumed. Everything else was clean. Not enough towels in the room for us which was a simple fix of asking for another. Coffee machine was not working.

Great central location to lots of fun things to do in the area.

The shower water didn¿t ever get past warm and if you have a room that can be conjoined, it is very easy to hear the people in the room next door to you.

I liked the location of the hotel.

There was absolutely no customer service. No maid service, even when we were not in the room

The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room is very close to hershey park and there’s a Walmart 1 mile away.

The comforter on the bed wasn’t very comfortable but went to Walmart got a fleece one and slept great the next couple of nights.

It's conveniently located, the price was reasonable and the staff friendly.

The only thing that I would count as a 'negative' was that the chain lock on the door was hanging by a loose screw. There was a bolt lock also, so I wasn't concerned but it should be repaired.
