Comfort Inn Mechanicsburg - Harrisburg South

I loved everything about this hotel and room. It was clean, shower was hot, beds were soft & so comfortable. The breakfast was good.

This room was gross. I literally had to get disinfectant cleaner because the bathroom was disgusting. Had to clean the sink and toilet and decided to not shower due tii ok the grime and hair and dust. Clearly, this was NOT cleaned and we were disappointed

Price wasn?t bad

Pool was small and didn?t look clean. Room had an odor and one of the pillow cases had women?s foundation makeup smear on it. Bed had a stain on it

Staff

I requested a room with 2 queen beds. When I opened the door to the room there was 1 bed. I was assigned another room with 2 queen beds-the security lock on the door did not work. Third room had 2 queen beds and lock worked. Slim selection for breakfast.

Had an adjoining room with a family with loud kids

Staff were nice. Sheets were clean. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was ok.

Pool is dated. Hotel is dated.

The staff was incredible and friendly.

The pool was not open and the beds a little worn

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was neat and clean, the bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows. Had coffee pot, small refrigerator was helpful.

Hot breakfast was decent. Staff at desk were very polite.

Bed was way too soft, room very warm. No regular coffee for coffeemaker, not enough towels. Hotel rooms starting to look a little worn.

Quiet, clean, friendly, comfortable

Might be challenging if you don't have a car. There are a few restaurants nearby, but most of what you might need requires a drive.

Elevator was scary, shower was dirty and had caulk everywhere, the room smelled like grease, breakfast was icky.

Coming in the lady was very rude and kinda didn¿t care about my concerns. Also when waking up my whole body was covered in red hives or bumps. I have a doctor appointment next week but the experience was honestly terrible. The only good thing was locatio

Good location, friendly staff, good breakfast, good price, clean room, no noise

Bathroom had mold or mildew on ceiling and curtains of grout. There was also a large piece of soap stuck to the wall on arrival so makes me think how well they clean the bathroom between guest.

The staff was extremely friendly. Desk clerk helped us with easier accommodations for elderly mother. The breakfast was great, dinning area was always clean and well stocked. Children were excited to enjoy their clean pool and patio.

The staff were very nice! Also there was alot of variety with the breakfast. The sheets and the blankets were very clean!

One thing I did not like was in our shower there were some stains on the wall and it just looked gross. Even thought the tub was clean it still made me uneasy.

Breakfast was decent but only on weekends! Breakfast sandwich, muffin, juice, and coffee. Monday morning they only had coffee.

They were not concerned for those who have allergies, asked for pet free room and was placed in the room directly above laundry. Horribly dusty room but atleast smelt good until my sinuses were stuffed.

The bed was comfortable and the staff was nice to deal with.

It took a loooooong time for the shower water to warm up. The plumbing isn¿t secured in the shower. The walls are PAPER thin. We could here absolutely everything that was going on in the room next door. It was disturbing. Every door closing caused a bang.

The room was clean and quiet

Didn’t like the fact the night shift front desk was allowing and partaking in gatherings downstairs with people who didn’t seem like they were even guest especially during COVID not even enforcing the mask rule.

The bed was very comfortable. The room itself was clean. The pillows were great!

The shower curtain in room 409 was dirty.
