Room was 50� when we got there, no heat turned on. Room smelled stale, mattress was extremely old and very stained, curtains old and dusty and did not fit the window properly. Property is being renovated, but this room should not have been used.

Convenient to interstate, a few good staff

No real hot water.

Is is conveniently located near everything and the highway

The room was large and comfortable. Very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast.

Hard to find at night when we were still not used to the area.

so many problems. The hot tub was barely warm. the room was DIRTY. the front desk staff sat on cell phone and didn't do what she promised, wasting our time.

Location and ease of parking

The refrigerator worked only as a freezer. I had to get a new key 3 different times because the staff would only program them for one day instead of my entire stay. It was impossible to regulate the rooms temperature.

Staff not trained on protocol . Ie. not renting to clients that live within 30 miles of the hotel.?waiting for hospital admission and had to scramble to find other accommodations after the room was booked

Staff need to pay attention to the OUTSIDE of the toilet bowl as well as the inside ? and clean around the bolts at the base of the toilet. Also dusting the tops of picture frames and above the bed.

Dirty, disorganized , messof a hotel

There was no housekeeping service. We were not told this when checking in.. I told the housekeeping manager 2 days that my room needed attention but nothing was done.. Same Breakfast for 4 days. Same eggs and sausage. Attendant puts away promptly @ 9:30

Hotel was clean and very nice. Rooms were clean. Had a good night sleep. Had a good variety for breakfast.

Only thing I didn't like and this wasn't the hotels problem just inconsiderate guests. People would let their doors slam shut and that would echo all times of the night.

The breakfast did nit meet my expectations. It was cold and looked gross. It looked as though it had been sitting for days. There was no variety. Same sausage and eggs each day.i picked the hotel cause of breakfast for the kids, but we could not eat it.

The card keys doesn't work. Only one bed in the room. The shower is for totally handicap and it doesn't drain. The bathroom floor is always wet/saturated.

poor water pressure in shower. Hair dryer sounded like something was loose inside it.

Stayed previously, not bad . Staff no real interactions , breakfast fine, not deep cleaned but tolerable

Room I stayed had bed bugs, bitten up called the office once I figured what issue was reported. Manager will have to call send email to them with photos 5 days no response!
