Room size, location, and great customer service

Quiet location.

Room was in need of maintenance. Finish on bathtub was pealing off and looked to have been spray painted. Curtains in living room were tore and ragged along bottom. Breakfast food was not appealing. Overall not up to the level expected of a Hilton!

Clean and rooms were big and delicious breakfast

The location is good for walking to nearby eateries.

The main hallway smells of smoking. Every morning to/from the room, it stunk.

Location convenient for our travel plans heading south to VA. Rooms were clean. Free breakfast and free internet and parking.

What was disappointing was the food. The eggs were only item that was fine The fruit wasn't fresh; tasted off. No available coffee when we arrived. We drove all day so hot coffee in lobby would have been welcoming. Place not as good as Oct. 2019.

The rooms are good size and well stocked.

Mattresses need updated they have lost their support. The water pressure was absolutely terrible in the shower.

The staff was super nice and easygoing, the room was massive and definitely what I was looking for, and they had a great breakfast.

The hotel was easy to get to, close to our desired destination and minutes away from many restaurants. Staff were pleasant and cheerful. The kids loved the pool and the complimentary breakfast in the morning! Would definitely recommend this hotel!!

That the pool wasn't open 24 hours

Nice clean large studio apartment¿.

I was given a room next to exit on 1st floor. People were coming in/out the night. There was smoke seeping into my room, making it real hard to breathe. Certainly not pleasant. The check in person was not so receiving. Didn¿t feel welcomed.

The value. The room was large than we expected. It was very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We feel we definitely got a good deal for what it cost

Front desk staff was personable and helpful. The room was welcoming and fully stocked with everything needed. The bedroom, kitchen and living room were roomy and spotless! The TV welcome screen added to the welcome feel! Room smelled clean&well maintained

There were a couple of hair remnants on the tub and soap holder. A little water washed them away and our problem was solved.

Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast spread was fabulous. Coffee was delicious.

The size of the room was spacious.

Pool could have been open later. The hot breakfast should have a waffle maker. Unable to get an extra blanket for the pull out couch.

That the suite, for just a few dollars more, was an upgrade over a regular room in that area.

The breakfast hot food was only warm. Probably partially due to the ambient air temp.

The staff was polite and very helpful. The suite was nice and the beds were comfortable and clean. The lobby was clean and the coffee was always fresh. The complimentary breakfast was good. We would definitely stay there again.

Just wish they had an indoor pool.

The hotel staff were really friendly and they really tried to accommodate all our needs. The Breakfast was great and the staff were quick to refill food items and cater to all the customers.The rooms were clean and the location was very convenient.

The suite that we stayed in was a bit cramped and could have been more spacious.

I loved the suite and the kitchenet.

I was hoping to have a few cocktails after the kids went to sleep in a lounge, but I didn't fnd that available in this hotel.
