Pros +
- The staff greeted us and were extremely nice. They explained everything and provided additional information for local eateries as wells. The room that I stayed in was rather large. We loved the fact that living room was separate from the bedroom being that kids were running in the hallway and people were being loud as well. However, when you went to the sleeping area it was quieter. The beds were firm which and the pillows were perfect. Even check out was a breeze.
- The staff on reception where so polite and helpful, the rooms were clean, plenty of tea and coffee choices, bed very comfortable. Just as we were about to check out we decided to see if we could stay for one more night and the lady worked her magic and even found us an upgrade, the customer service really was outstanding.
- The staff were exceptional and did everything in their power to make our stay comfortable
Cons -
- The breakfast needs a little improvement. The sausages and cheese omelet was disappointment, but there was other things available like the waffle station and cereals, breads and muffins.
- Breakfast was dissapointing but did the job.
- The room we had mould/mildew. We had to keep the windows open all night in the dead of December.
