Homewood Suites by Hilton Horsham Willow Grove

Clean, quiet

Appeared to be a group of workers staying and working at the hotel. The foreman evidently could not keep track of his group. Seems people who were not part of his group stayed at the hotel without his knowledge. Quite sketchy.

Breakfast

The fridge was off so all my milk want bad that I use to nurse my baby

Neatness; closer to restaurants, groceries, Walmart, Giant, etc. Nice swimming pool and backyard with fire pits up till the late night. Friendly staff.

Laundry charges are too expensive. Other than that if pool water is less salty would be great, eyes were burning as if I dipped in ocean water

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious makes it feel like home. The staff is super friendly and I¿ve stayed here many times in the past two years I would only stay here when I¿m in the Philly metro area visiting family.

It¿s pretty great only thing I¿m not fond of is the smoking that happens right at the exit but that¿s guests and clearly not something the hotel can control. It would be nice if you could connect your Apple TV to the wifi as I prefer to stream.

The staff was helpful and very friendly. The room was very clean and the furnishings seemed new. The bed was very comfortable. The hot breakfast was great and the wed social with food and wine and beer was good.

The water was too soft and it was hard to rinse the soap off. The air was extremely dry and could have used some humidity.

The cleanliness.

It was very clean and customer service was very friendly

The heated pool

Convenient

Available breakfast, clean room. Spacious room. Great setup. Many available amenities.

Perfect location. Adequate parking. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was great. Complementary snacks and drinks. A mini store for your convenience.

The not so great things that stood out to me were 1) The bathrooms could use a more thorough cleaning. Hair was everywhere. 2) IDK if it was the washcloths or towels or even the water itself, but I never felt clean after showering. Could be the detergent or bleach they use or just the source of water. Definitely could use new power pressure shower heads too. 3) The heated pool is not heated at all. 4) Not enough games in the gameroom. 5) The parking lot was not shoveled or salted after the snow. It was so much ice when we left in the morning.

The room was really nice once they put us in the right room I purchased

Some of the staff was really rude the man that checked us in was rude and didn't put us n the right room

The staff was truly fantastic. Represented the best of what hospitality can mean. They were all friendly, attentive, and truly seemed to care that our time at the hotel was comfortable.

That I forgot to bring my swimsuit.
