    • Location
    • The location.
    • The hotel smelled good when I walked in. It wasn't too cold. Also the bathroom was amazing. The kitchen area was nice as well.

    Cons -

    • They dont clean there carpet. The rugs smell like cat pee. There is no detailed cleaning, grout very dirty
    • The fact they tried to charge my credit card multiple times, the day before and the of my stay, before I even checked in, and paying in full as soon as I checked in.
    • There was dog poop on the pavement walking into the hotel. There was extra carpet left in the hotel under the thermostat. Lastly there was food left in the hotel prior to my stay.

Dirty. Sheets were still damp. Room smelled like an ash tray. People hanging in hallway. Pit bull in hallway. I saw bugs in bathroom and one landed on my arm during the night. Disgusting hotel. I will be going back to Marriott brands. A total disgrace.

The kitchenette was the best feature of the room (full-sized refrigerator, etc.).

My 1st floor room smelled of cigarette smoke. Guests would stand outside and smoke, and this smoke would end up coming into my hotel room through the a/c or window. The room also didn't receive any room service - had to request towels on the third day.

Clogged sink in bathroom Roaches in bathroom and kitchen Empty body wash dispenser Clump of strange hair in the carpet Noisy heater

    7CharlesPosted on: 1-9-2024

The price was the best part. Overall it was the value of the room for the cost, it was a room with a shower, kitchenette, etc.

$100 fee after i paid for the room online. Roach ran across the bathroom floor, behind the bathroom vanity when i turned the lights on. Break area was definately unkept. Smelled of pot in the elevator and second floor.

    PRICE

This place is a homeless shelter, state rents out the 3rd floor for the homeless. room service was almost non existent. Hotel staff was mostly rude. I stayed here for almost 2 mos because of the price,, but you get what you pay for here.

Did not have a good stay

I waited a half hour to check in there was nobody working at the front desk, the staff was very rude and I accommodating. The room wasn¿t very clean.

    1JordanPosted on: 6-16-2023

Everything. No soap in room. No shower gel or shampoo in shower. The whole place was under construction and gross. My room smelled so badly.

    1Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-6-2023

A rare find- with roaches, ants, dust, yellow stained ceiling, stinky room, unhygienic and not even have strip of toothpaste.

    2MartinPosted on: 12-6-2022

did not like that hotel copied my credit card info. Someone at hotel took our card # & charged over $--- worth of msde Notified the bank & they canceled my card so I was left still on vaca with no CC to use for the rest of my trip. MAJOR I

Extra Coffee and towels provided when asked. Kitchen sink, stove, large refrigerator, free laundry.

Broken towel rack, and dented bathroom wall. But otherwise very clean.

    8RichardPosted on: 9-18-2022

There was some little damage to lampshade and paint behind chair that t took pics of - learned the hard way with a rental car

    3JermilPosted on: 9-11-2022

My first room had a really bad smell to it and roaches in the room. The front seat quickly switched me to another room and it was a little better. The second room had a smell as well but not as strong. The staff are really nice.

Too many critters. For the price, thought it was luxury. However, there were roaches, among the many I encountered. They were coming down the walls, & in the bathroom too. Way too many for my comfort, but couldn¿t cancel. Y¿all would¿ve charged unreaso

Room was decent for a suite

General manager was unprofessional and a liar. Lied about my refund . Treats his staff like inmate kitchen workers

    4Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-28-2022

    The location. The bed.

Bathroom tub needed to be replaced it was old and disgusting. The hotel lobby was old and worn out. This property felt worn out

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-28-2022

My short answer is that this hotel suite is convenient in terms of it's location but is in certain need of a few upgrades and repairs. The fact of the matter is that I probably would not stay there again, but I was able to make it through the time there.

There were some shady characters that were hanging out in the parking lot at night. There were vehicles that looked abandoned parked on the lot, there were too many insects, spiders, and cob webs around one of the entrances. The couch in the room was old

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-25-2022

Location, comfortable mattress, excellent shower stream, fridge in room and dishes. Newer carpet in room. Proximity to urban walking trail.

The only thing was I noticed a slight odor upon entering the room - I turned the AC up to 68 from 64 and turned the auto feature on the fan off to save electricity / comfort. Noticed it when I returned later. Didn't notice when in the room though.
