- Breakfast could have had more items. Remote to tv didn’t work
- Very cold weather outside, and the door to the room(341) allowed cold air to enter due to no weatherstripping.You could see daylight around the entire door. We went to DOLLAR GENERAL for a roll of duct tape and sealed the door to stop the incoming draft which was enough to turn the pages on my wife’s book on the desk. Also the light on the left side of the bed did not work. On the second day of our stay, the toilet would not flush.
- Lady at the desk, was clueless about everything. Took over an hour to get checked in. Then the toilet in the room didn’t work. No water in the tank and couldn’t flush. She switched us to another room which was 2 beds not a king, then gave another room and it was just dingy and dirty but we were so tired, and got tired of switching rooms for the 3rd time.
