Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh Intl Airport

The hotel was fine. Staff was kind in the limited interaction. Room worked for what it was.

The hotel has lost its comparative advantage: you can no longer walk directly into the terminal. You now have to take a shuttle. So the elevated price point simply isn't justifiable. There are other (equally good, but much cheaper) hotels that shuttle.

The rooms are wonderful. The staff and bar area so kind and so nice. Also, the location to the airport fit our needs perfectly.

The location at the airport was our primary reason for staying here and was very convenient.

The lobby and other areas were beautiful and clean, but the room was not as clean and more worn. The bed was comfortable, but small.

Thus reservation was supposed to be canceled due to a medical emergency. However no one would answer the phone after being on hold for 1/2 hour.

It's dated and drab and not enough USB. Not worth the price.

I love the reduced stress of staying at the hotel connected to the airport. I tried their breakfast buffet this time and it was delicious! It even includes omlets to order!

Proximity to the airport.

The hotel is dated, and could use some renovations. Facility had an odor associated with being damp, or poor ventilation.

Place is located next to the airport and no need for a shuttle to get there. It's a 3-4 min walk in an enclosed pedestrian bridge to check in.

Breakfast was not up to the standards of a Hyatt Regency.

The room is very nice and had several cool features like motion sensing lights under the bed and a clock built into the bathroom mirror.

Parking is a nightmare. You can park in the airport lot at $20/night (no in and out) or in a tiny lot on their property for half the cost of the room. If they had disclosed that, I would have stayed somewhere else.

I appreciated the location at airport.

I am dissatisfied with checking in at the front desk at 3:30am. There was no attendant to give us our room keys. We waited for a least 25 minutes and called several times. Finally my family member walked into the back of the kitchen and found a worker.

The location is extremely convenient. Truly only 5 minutes on got to TSA.

The a/c had a bit of a musty when set at warmer temps.

It could have been cleaner (there was ketchup on the bench) and you could hear a lot of noise from other rooms/walls were thin. Also, the bedding could be more substantial.

We selected the hotel due to its location attached to the terminal. The rooms was clean but a bit austere and the bathroom was not what you would expect for a hotel of this rating.

Getting to the hotel by car at night is difficult. The signage is hard to read and we missed the access twice. There is no parking afforded for the hotel¿.We made the mistake of opting for economy¿no shuttle service. Ended up walking 1/2 mile in 20 degr

This hotel is very convenient for catching an early flight. You walk out the door and you're at the terminal. Perfect. I was concerned there might be noise with air traffic in the evening and there wasn't any. (Room faced parking lot.)

The only issue we had were the mattresses. We've been at this hotel twice now and both times the mattresses had depressions in them so they were not as comfortable.

I booked a king they gave me a double; the restaurant was understaff and nothing was as it should be¿I don¿t think it is really the level of any of the Hyatt regency¿s I¿ve stayed at before

The location in proximity to the airport. The room was clean and the staff was accommodating to the best of their ability.

We were not informed that the water would be shut off from 10 PM to 5 AM. This was essentially the length of our stay. There was nothing that staff could do but had we known we might have made different reservations.

Location and convenient for early flights

The price is terribly inflated for the convenience. It¿s a shame. And it¿s dirty.
