Park Inn by Radisson, Pittsburgh Airport

The room was awful. The second room offered was worse and exacerbated my allergies to the point it was difficult to breathe after being in it a few minutes. The refrigerator really smelled badly and they didn't care. Man in charge of housekeeping horrible

Hotel staff very polite. Nice and quiet place. Loved the giant bathtub. Great pillows. Room & bath was clean.

Got there at night, hotel sign not lit. Snow removal on sidewalk not great. Heat not on in room, took a long time to get comfortable.

the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. he took great care of all my needs

door key had to be reset but was done quickly and someone was always available

It smelled like weed and old cigarette smoke. Burns in the sheets. No real blanket

TV remote did not work. Breakfast was not very good. Only cereal and waffles and fake oj.

Dirty there was a used washcloth on shower curtain. Everything was unplugged and when I went to plug in there was so much dust and cobwebs..I was an executive housekeeping at a Super 8 if my crew did not move furniture to clean they

Staff was rude and not very accomodating. The motel Airport shuttle cost me $10 each way as a paying guest. They advertised a free continental breakfast, but was only fruit and cereal.

Easy drive yo airport

Room very outdated. No outlets by bed to plug charger into. Dirt all around nightstand on the floor. Window curtain falling off curtain rod. Security door lock ready to fall off the door. Upper level smelled of marijuana. Outside lighting very dim.

 the front desk was extra accommodating. He was quick and attentive. The room was above what I expected. Recently updated and came with mini fridge and microwave. I was only going to stay one night but ended up staying three. Thank you dean

Breakfast could of been more appealing. The photo shows a waffle maker and fruit but that was not offered . Also the hours could be more accessible

Staff was good

Rooms carpet was not very clean average looking room, breakfast was very light, ok for the price.

One of the new employees was absolutely wonderful, if he was there for checkout this would have been an amazing stay. The bed was also very comfortable.

The checkout employee/owner argued with me about things his own employee told us was ok. He disagreed, and had us leave the room asap. I would not return on his watch.

We should have read the reviews before renting the room. The staff were nice, but the smell of cigarette smoke was everywhere. We had a level of confidence in the name "Super 8" prior to this, but that confidence has now taken a serious hit.

Nothing this hotel has bed bugs. I didn¿t even sleep in the room. I slept in my car. I wouldn¿t recommend this to anyone.

Very sketchy. Smelled horribly like smoke. Bathtub and carpets were gross.

Nothing, EVERYTHING was dirty, I had to buy my own cleaning products to feel comfortable, I re cleaned the bathroom, I Lysol¿d every surface incl the tv remote. The microwave had splatters all over it from previous guests, the hallway smelled of pot ¿¿

NOTHING!!! Close to the airport would be the only good thing. Beware!! Not a good hotel. Guy smoking marijuana in the parking lot at checkin and a guy sleeping in a van beside our car at check out. The 17 cameras in the lobby I guess tells the full story.

Exterior door literally smashed in and no lock on the other. Nobody at the front desk when you check out. Just put the card key in a basket? NOISE ALL NIGHT LONG. DOORS SLAMMING. Extremely old/run down. Our room door barely closed. Didn't sleep at all.

The room was acceptable

There was a strong odor of Marijuana everywhere, lobby and hallways . The hotel is very run down.

I booked a deluxe queen rm but got 2 very clean king beds @same price.

ice machine broken at check-in --manager fixed it. toilet too low; shower/bathtub had NO safety grab bars.

Location was perfect for my stay ¿ Price was cheap which is what I was looking for ¿

It was old ¿ the exterior was unattractive ¿ the lobby was a mess ¿ no one on duty ¿ hallway dim & dreary ¿ the room was very plain ¿ no room service during my 5-day stay ¿ lots of maintenance issues ¿ lousy linens ¿ so this was what I got for ¿cheap¿
