Quality Inn Coraopolis - Pittsburgh Airport

During check in I negotiated a later check out due to working nights during the stay but day of check out someone knocked on the door earlier the that checkout time so apearantly it wasn't passed along to the other staff

Everything was terrible. The carpet was filthy; bed was uncomfortable; it took 4 hours for the room to cool down enough to keep me from sweating; there was a strange smell; the mini fridge wasn’t cold; the bed was lumpy.

Clean, room is big.

No elevator

Absolutely NOTHING.

BEDBUGS and the refusal of management to refund our money as well as the suggestion that perhaps WE brought the bedbugs. We were stranded there due to a snow storm, following a beautiful vacation. We had ZERO issues or bites until we stayed at this hotel.

No change at counter no credit card accepted at vending machine for the only bottled water available.

cleanliness- the chair in my room was disgusting- it desperately needs to be professionally cleaned. If you can't clean it, it should be removed from the room because no one should be sitting on that dirty chair.

Nothing. We had bed bugs on the bed, and checked out of the hotel in a couple of hours

The room is bad, and the AC isn't working.

Rooms are not good No proper break fast Some appliances are not working

The towels and bedding were clean.

Water Stains on ceiling, Stains on floor. Room heater did not work. Rooms were noisy. Could plainly hear the person in the room next having a normal conversation.

I like that it has potential and was updated.

Bed BUGS!!! I started to get itchy and turned on the light to investigate and there were bed bugs. Moved me to another room that didn?t have heat on, 20 degrees out and it took 2 hours to heat up. I didn?t sleep at all before the airport.

Easy parking, quick check-in. Dated but clean. Good price

Room was dirty. Shower didn?t work. Smelled. Towels were dirty. Felt very uncomfortable

We did not end up staying. There were multiple obvious stains on the blankets. The toilet did not flush and there were clumps of hair on the bathroom floor.

The location was great.

No one was at the desk when I wanted to check in. I had to call the front desk 3 times while standing right in front of it.

Clean, quiet room.

Couldn?t get the wall-mounted light fixtures/USB outlets to work, even with the ancillary wall switch. The hotel should post written instructions about this.

The room was spacious

The room wasn't very clean,especially the bathroom and there were threadbare towels that was very unappealing.

The hotel is older but remodeled very nicely. However you can still smell that the hotel once allowed smoking.

The overall cleanliness wasn't up to par. I have stay here a few times it's upkeep is not the same. Night staff better than the day shift.

Desk person was very nice for what she had to deal with the rating excludes her because she was courteous

Arrived at 9pm, we were prepaid. The first room assigned we went to and it was as if someone still there towels on the floor bed covers all bunched up, drinks open on the night stand. We went down to tell desk person, she tried 3 more rooms to find one

It is close to the airport, very quiet. The cleaning staff were very respectful and the people at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, exhaust fan in bathroom (this is rare !!), free parking.

It's a safe location but the back door is left open at all times. No laundry. They manage another hotel around the corner where you can do laundry but the facilities are not good. If you are commuting into town in the morning there is a lot of traffic.
