Staff was friendly, room was clean, and bed was comfortable

I found the bed comfortable and the room clean but I hated the huge pillows on the bed and woke up with a neck ache. The hot water wasn't that hot and the breakfast should have included eggs.

The pillows, the shower water, the breakfast buffet.

Clean and lots of space. I had the handicap shower its the best

I like the fact that our privacy was respected

I do not like the fact that the orange juice was locked while I was trying to get cups and lady at the register was getting a tray for me and the girl who was locking up the orange juice knew it There were multiple incidents of ada non-compliance

The lobby was nice. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was as advertised.

The hall smelled. Our room stunk badly. AC was barely functioning. Humidity was likely 100% all night. The room, and likely hotel had flooded. The ground level needs renovation. AC's need serviced. Sadly disappointed.

Room was clean.

Went for the free breakfast, thinking it was until 10 am, but it ended at 9:30 am. I arrived at 9:33 with all of the food still out. A hotel staff member told me breakfast was over, and I asked if I could grab a milk for my 10 year old son, she said no.

Good value for the cost

No elevator. The woman running breakfast bar was lacked basic training of serving customers. Rude and very unwelcoming

They did not change the sheets during our stay they just made the beds . The rooms had a musty smell , and the coffee pot looked as if it had not been cleaned in a year ! Most staff was welcoming and some clearly did not want to be there.

This was the worst room I have had. I was placed in 124. It was directly next to an entry door to the hotel and it slammed every time someone used it. I had 0 nights of good sleep due to constant use all night. When I asked for another room they said no.

Ease of check in the small but good breakfast area.

It was clean and modern and the breakfast was wonderful. Staff was great.

Staff were pleasant and friendly and facility was clean and comfortable.

I had to return to the main desk twice because my key didn't work either in the outside door or my room. When I arrive back at the hotel at 1:30, I'd like to go to bed, not trudge around to the main entrance to get a new key.

Shower could use hand bars or slip proof bottom of tub. This is just due diligence so accidents don¿t occur. Towels were very thin. Where do you hang 4 wet towels to be used again??? Curtain in 215 needs fixed so light can¿t come in.

All of our rooms were together. Breakfast was a variety.

No swimming pool. No elevator.

plenty of parking. quiet. decent gym equipment. cheap vending machine.

food wasn't delicious. dog hair in the room. bathroom door would not remain close

The price was what we could afford. It allowed us to have a weekend away, which we desperately needed! While an elevator would have been nice, it was easy enough to get to our room.

The Continental breakfast was a little less than what we had hoped for but it was enough to get something in our stomach and get us moving!

Clean room, great price, nice breakfast.
