I guess the bigger rooms

This place was terrible! Front desk couldn't help us get into the pool, door was broken. Out of food both days and not ready on time. Had to go out to eat other places to feed the kids. Never took my trash by my door. Loud guests at our entrance.

- unfriendly staff - social hour / breakfast: never in time, staff impolite, no napkins, no forks, cold food, dirty tables... - most employees unfriendly, didn't greet me back (one lady 3 times, she looked me right in the face) - noisy - dirty

Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was good

Noisy guests in the room next to mine kept me up all night. I reported this to the front desk but it continued for over an hour.

Liked the separate bedroom and having kitchenette - and the free breakfast is great, too!

Our first night we had very noisy guests overhead but can't blame the hotel for that.

Rooms are pleasant and comfortable.

Breakfast and ¿social hour¿ are lacking. There is nowhere near enough food and the quality is low.

Location and room are great.

I interacted with two front desk staff and both were on the verge of unprofessional. I seemed to be bothering them if I asked a question or needed something. During check in, the individual was on a personal call, which was on speaker phone.

The room was fantastic. I especially liked that the small kitchenette was equipped with dishes and silverware. And the bed linens were so soft! The free breakfast was better than anticipated with many options to choose from.

After I took a shower I noticed that several small insects seem to have been blown out of the bathroom fan vent. Yuck!

Hotel employee was kind and appeared to genuinely like his job so was pleasant to speak with. Also breakfast was included and was decent.

Parking and the fact that there is only 1 elevator.

Pet friendly, clean, and well maintained.

The ice maker in my room didn't seem to work.

Just about everything........very well set up, nice pet area, very comfortable bed, pillows, nicely supplied kitchenette. Appreciated how the morning BF was set up. Definitely would stay there again. Definitely recommend to others.

The deal clerk was kind, but neglected to tell me there was a pet area, and where it was. We found it though.

Laundry facilities

Big room with comfortable beds. Beautiful grounds and amenities.

Was unable to check in for several hours waiting for our room to be cleaned. We had only one clean towel and were missing pillow cases because of a laundry shortage. Front desk clerk was flustered and overwhelmed. Breakfast was stale, prepackages muffins.

The free breakfast & I like how clean the hotel was. The maintenance and cleaning staff really stay on top of things.

Pool was open for extended hours

Another bar of soap in the room would have been appreciated. The huge RVs took multiple parking spaces so had to park further away from entrances than we would have liked, They should park elsewhere so more cars could park.

Overall cleanliness.

Upon check in, we and another guest waited at the front desk for over 25 minutes for someone to come. We called every number available, walked around the hotel looking for someone hotel employee finally showed up all nonchalant. Blast was in a baggy and not worth it

The staff are not very personable and the room I was in wasn't very clean. I had to re-clean it.

no hot breakfast or happy hour due to staff shortage. Night clerk walked out on the job so no service in early morning. Sheriff served warrant on guest so hotel went in to lock down. Grab and Go breakfast same everyday and horrible.No close restaurants

Staff are friendly and the hotel is clean.

I was expecting two beds as I requested but my request could not be accommodated and the bed was small to accommodate us. Breakfast was terrible frozen sandwiches. They should rather say no breakfast.

The kitchen was completely stocked with necessary items,full size refrigerator and dishwasher. The sofa had a lounge chaise portion and 2 ottomans which was nice to kick back and relax on instead of the bed. Clean,modern room. Felt safe. Would stay again.

We got in pretty late and wished there was a restaurant close by to walk to, but it's pretty secluded. Otherwise, no complaints at all.
