Staybridge Suites Hillsboro - Orenco Station By IHG

Very nice room

A/C was not working properly, breakfast was mediocre at best, no hottub

Easy location and ample parking.

Front desk not staffed full time and had to wait more than I expected

I stay in hotels 1 to 3 nights a week for work. It was a beautiful and huge room with a full kitchen, a very comfy bed and so much cleaner than most.... I was so pleasantly surprised. I will be staying here again.

Would like more shower water pressure.

Breakfast was great. Typical hot food items. Location was convenient and rooms were clean.

Walls were thin and can hear noises from other room and outside traffic/crosswalk beeping all night long. Did not get good rest because of all the noise.

Fridge with freezer

The ¿swimming¿ pool was about 5¿ x 8¿ so a wading pool. By far the smallest pool I¿ve ever seen. Should take it off the description of the place. I choose to stay at hotels with indoor pools and this place does not qualify.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Room clean and bed comfortable (including soft-feeling sheets). Easy to access from Interstate; and, close to dinner in Orensco Station. Hallways warm/humid, but room cooled nicely.

Hot breakfast disappointing (appeared short-staffed). Scrambled eggs dried out; thrown in/over heaped up in the warmer. Bacon strips clumped together/potatoes cold. Cereal/yogurt bar under stocked. Much better experience at Staybridge near Dallas.

Nice size room, comfy bed

Room was large enough for king bed but only queen beds available

Super friendly staff and the room was large, up-to-date and comfortable. Best mattress and sheets we've ever had in a hotel.

The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable.

This place was awesome we were very surprised to have so much space! Large fridge and two burner stove as well as a dishwasher!

There was dog hair everywhere and the room smelled like wet dog. I doubt they cleaned. It was a hassle to get bar soap. Yam said "you can use dish soap". I was overcharged $76. Staff made it ridiculously difficult to resolve the issue. Horrible staff.

Morning manager was definitely helpful with helping me secure the room for a second night after some unexpected weather and events led me to need the room for another night. Everything was fresh and spacious.

This may not be their fault but there was no rooom service or housekeeping in the 2 night three day stay. The room was only cleaned up as we cleaned it during our stay. We had to request extra towels and things from the first desk. Overall good though.

Location

Breakfast and Social Hour was inedible.

Sysco rehydrated eggs

There are no ice machines

Very Clean, Bed was comfortable.

Very clean and had built for extended stays.

It was very clean and overall experience was good

Easy check in and pleasant staff. Breakfast as always was very good.

This was the first time after several stays that I couldn’t rate everything as excellent. There was some substance spilled in the outside of the door handle that had not been wiped off. But my biggest complaint was the bedding. It smelled strongly of some scent, whether from laundering or perhaps a room spray on the top sheet. Whatever it was I did not sleep well and woke with a stuffed head and very irritated eyes.

The staff was friendly and made sure we felt comfortable, esp. Anthony at the front desk, and Christina from the kitchen/cleaning staff. The place was nice and affordable. The breakfast buffe was a plus.

The light in the bathroom turns off on its own. I was taking a shower when this happened, so I had to get out of the shower to turn it back on. Also, the indoor pool water was too cold.
