Breakfast quickly ran out of cinnamon rolls. Hotel is very loud. You will be awakened repeatedly to door slamming down the halls.

Spacious room, comfortable pillows and bed, fridge and microwave, coffee in room and really great coffee in the lobby, light blocking blinds, plenty of electrical outlets, quiet

Only thing I can think of is the towels weren't very soft

The front desk person! I was stressed due to being stuck in the snow, but she made me feel at ease! I didnt get her name, but she was very sweet.

We needed a shuttle from the Medford airport at 10 pm none were available so the manager from the hotel picked us up in his personal car and brought us to the hotel. This is excellent customer service and it goes above and beyond!

That we were we only there for a short time wished we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful experience! Our room was very clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The receptionist was so very friendly and knowledgeable. We were on the main floor and was surprised how quiet it was. We would definitely stay here again.

I had no remote for the tv until the nice lady at the front desk brought it to me. It took some time to get decent reception, but it finally kicked in. Not a fan of the channel selection however.

The towels in the bathroom had hair on them. Had to request towels the next day.

The proximity to the local attractions available in the fabulous Orenco neighborhood and the cleanliness and attractiveness of the hotel itself.

It was clean and furniture and bed were comfortable.

I was woken at 3:30 a.m. by intermittent noise. It was possibly a compressor going out on a fridge in a room somewhere near me. I could not sleep again with that noise and I was between two 12 hour nursing shifts.

Loved the location, easy parking and our room in the back by a forested area. Easy parking access too.

The omelettes at the breakfast bar were not good . Scrambled eggs would have been better and bacon !!!! The orange juice was very delicious Room doors slammed terribly loud but probably can¿t be helped¿..

Location from our event was great. Close enough to places to eat

We were put in a room just above the lobby and patio where you can eat. Room 222 Noise in the middle of the night at the lobby woke me up, people talking in the patio late at night kept me up. You can smell food served inside our room. curtains had holes

Convenient location, room was nice, breakfast wasn't bad.

Being wakened at 7 am by pounding and an electric drill in the hallway was awful. Night manager decided a latch HAD to be fixed on an adjacent room. Didn't seem like an emergency to us and make out long drive that day very difficult.

The staff is awesome.

My room had candy on the floor, a card and mess under the microwave. The tub is less then quality room 208.

How clean it was as well as the breaksfast

No drinking water inside the room, lady at the front desk never gave me instructions of where the elevators were as well as where to park or were was my room located. She seemed nice but it was late at night and at least some directions would have help.

Very friendly staff and very accommodating to certain needs.

No swimming pool. But they did have a workout room and good spread for breakfast.

The entire staff made me feel welcome. Hotel employee was wonderful and helped in me with booking extra days. Free breakfast has many choices hot eggs bacon and healthy choices as well.
