I have stayed at this hotel frequently in the past year with a much better experience.

I realize it has been difficult to find new employees, but recent addition to this Hillsboro location was a poor experience overall, and seems to have affected other staff. I will not be staying here again.

Wonderful, clean room. It was spacious and had everything we needed for our travels. The hot breakfast was delicious.

There was a full size fridge

There wasn¿t even bar soap to wash our hands. The tv didn¿t work well yet right outside our room we saw empty boxes with new smart TVs. The towels were rough and stained. Everything felt old.

It had a nice kitchen

Space was too small and compact! The shower was definitely too small. Room had a stale odor as if not aired out during the quarantine. I ran the air conditioner but it didn’t help the smell of the room. I don’t feel it was worth the daily rate.

I appreciate the kitchen pre stocked with utensils and plates, the spacious patio and the extremely pleasant staff.

The location had a church right across the street

I was done a disservice to. I purchased a 5day stay and was denied a full kitchen they only allowed me a half kitchen and so I couldn't cook my Christmas dinner accordingly to mention how I purchased grocery that had to be thrown to the trash

The location is decent for getting around and being close to where we needed to be. We liked that shopping was close, but not too close and that we were in a relatively quiet residential area. Felt safe, too.

So... yeah. About that... the microwave was dirty when we arrived. I cleaned it. Huz was annoyed with this, bc why clean a room you JUST checked into. Then he saw a wrapper under the couch - it sat there our whole stay after every maid service.

The smoking shelter was above and beyond what any other hotel offers its smoking guests

The sprinkler outside my room sprayed my door 4 times a night. Made the room smell damp and hard to walk outside at night without getting sprayed. Toilet was broken somewhat

large, comfortable rooms that were clean and modern. very convenient to public transportation and freeways. great breakfast

air conditioning was not working well

Easy walk to restaurants. Helpful staff. Nice rooms.

This Hotel hits the mark in every respect for me. Great location, quiet. Pure beautiful landscaping shopping and food nearby

Separate buildings, new modern decor and furniture, glass shower, AWESOME and considerate smoking structure. I wish all hotels took care of guests who smoke like that. It made me want to use the smoking area over any other option.

Cheap building materials, ottoman lap desk had a broken handle. Loud AC fan even with AC off.

Hot tub open year round

Stove top only was hoping for full kitchen, nothing at all near hotel

The hotel was in a convenient location next to gas stations, places to eat, grocery stores. I also enjoyed the breakfast, price was great!

Staff are all super helpful welcoming efficient and friendly. Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable it's definitely a home away from home feeling. Room was clean and beautifully designed modern yet cozy.

Courteous and helpful staff. The first room I was given had a broken door. They gave me a new room and ample time to switch. Breakfast is very simple.

Yes as a matter a fact. I felt disrespected. The staff threaten to call the police if we didn't vacate the room . Even when they gave me an extra hour to get out . When clearly she didnt know how much stuff we had in our vehicles. . Overall never go there
