The amenities, it was so nice to have a full kitchen available as well as the onsite laundry with complimentary dish and laundry Soaps upon request.

Great rooms. Very clean. Good size bathroom. Swimming pool.

The breakfast was not managed properly at all. 1) The self serving area is very small considering the number of people eating that day. 2) It was taking too long to refill food, dishes and cutlery. 3) There should've been more vegetarian options.

Convenience to where we wanted to be. Gym was adequate. Breakfast was good!

The rooms were very clean and the kitchenette was just perfect for my needs. Mini golf was a fun option for entertainment in the afternoon that was fun after a long day in the car.

The TV didn't work right the second day, and the staff either didn't know what they were doing or wanted me to pay double because of a silly rule about third-party sites

The staff was super rude!! Especially the purple haired girl! Horrible!!! The cleaning staff was so sweet and accommodating, but even the breakfast staff was rude! They ran out of waffle mix at 9 am. Since breakfast ends at 9:30 they say that was all for the day. I have pictures to prove it. Horrible! They just don’t care. The guest is an inconvenience to staff.

It was clean and a great space if you had more than one night there. We got the king suite with a kitchenette and small couch area. Went to a ballgame just about a mile away at the Hillsboro Ballpark which was super cool being Diamondbacks fans.

Great breakfast, convenient location to Portland/freeway/shopping.

Maybe a bit pricey for being in nondescript area in Hillsboro.

I like staying here. it’s close to my kiddos, mostly a great price and you have got to love the shower and the king size bed.

We had a fire alarm go off and spent about 25 min outside, waiting for the fire department. Not the hotels fault.

My stay at the Residence ended up being two weeks. I had my 2 dogs. There was so much grass and great walking areas.I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the property. The outside trash cans were emptied several times a day.Anything left outside the rooms like laundry or garbage was picked up right away.The breakfast was simple and always well stocked.Staff very friendly and helpful.All in all my dogs and I were very comfortable

I thought the location was a bit far from the city and all the local attractions.

This place is excellent. The cleanliness of the property was amazing, the care for each space is well done. I love the safety aspect of requiring a key to enter in any door other than the main. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed at that I’ve been able to stream Netflix to and that was so wonderful! They have thought of everything!

Parking is limited and the pet fees are crazy high. Double check with the hotel as it’s not advertised on here. We didn’t bring our dog because the cost was high… but normally she goes everywhere with us.

Lovely, well laid-out room. Everything was placed so intuitively and efficiently! All the furniture was sturdy, nothing wobbly or flimsy. We’d like to live here. ?
