Front desk clerk not accommodating, air conditioning didn?t work on main area of lobby and restaurant/bar area. Housekeeping was not great. Breakfast was very limited and they actually ran out of food.

When I entered I was greater with a cheerful hello and a smile.I was made welcome. The atmosphere was so invited. Staff was exceptionally accommodating. Thank you staff and the others.

There were nothing I didn't like about this hotel. The lobby was beautiful.

Everything here seemed brand new and most importantly super clean. The bartender  was very helpful and answered all of our qquestions about the area. The breakfast was good and we absolutely loved the fried rice.

The two improvements I'd like to see happen - you should ask guests if they would like the cookies at check in. I always forget until i get to my room. I wish you had the waffles like your other locations.

It was clean and the main bed was very soft and comfortable

Bathroom door had no way to lock. No resources in the room. Pull out bed was bad /sheets didn't fit. The "free" breakfast was very limited with staff standing over us to make sure we didn't get too much. Coffee was $2, but free on the other side of lobby

This is a beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

$10/day car parking not on the website. Only knew from customer comments The only thing with the room is the shower became super slick when soap hit it and had to hang on to bar so I didn't fall. Very dangerous.

Very clean and comfortable. Not pretty but quiet location

I resent having to pay for parking when I am a paying guest. This is not a busy area with limited parking. It is an unattended lot.

Coffee bar was late getting out. As compared to the other hotels our friends and family stayed in at the same time, it was a lot more expensive and no free breakfast. Also, the elevators were very slow. Had to pay to park in an open lot

No hot water; hair on shower wall and bathroom sink¿yuck!

Location in a business/industrial area and away from freeway made it nice and quite. Fairly new hotel and modern. Staff accomodated my room selection/request as it wasnt too busy. Clean.

No breakfast included bagged ones offered for a fee, but opted for Starbucks which is only a few blocks away. No housekeeping unless requested, so no refills on coffee pods/coffee mate for subsequent days stayed (again, unless requested) Internet slow.

Were disappointed that restaurant was not open. "To-go" breakfast bags were very unsatisfactory for $5 paid. The booking site for the hotel listed "free parking" but then when we checked in, we were told there was a $10 parking fee-a total rip-off.

Gorgeous Hotel, room very clean, bed in poor condition - needs to be replaced. Public areas very dirty. Minimal staff. Such a shame to see this beautiful hotel in this condition. Older female manager outstanding but cannot find staff to work.

No dining or bar service. Bed sways in middle and needs to be replaced. I had to sleep on the sofa. Public areas extremely dirty.

The Entrance, as soon as you walk un the lobby, it is inviting. Makes you want to hang out in the lobby lounge. The front desk clerk that checked me in gave me exceptionally great customer service and made it much more pleasant.

No restaurant open within Holiday Inn, no free breakfast even though it was advertised.

Clean

The front desk agent assigned a key card to another guest who walked in on us as we were resting. Then he forgot to reassign our key cards again so they would work. Went up to my room, key didn't work and had to go back to the desk to get the card set.

The room was nice very clean. The hot tub was nice the pool was great and the gym was adequate.

The restaurant was closed which was sad they said it was because of comment but I think it was more staffing issues. Other than that the state was great

Pool n spa. Latter was well heated¿most places don¿t heat hot enough IMHO

Wish their check out was noon rather than 11am

The rooms !! Most definitely are my Favorite they were immaculate and beautiful I would most likely stay again It was our Anniversary so it was well worth the price and experience

Just hoped that it would have had the breakfast as we had an early prior engagement ! But its okay we understand with all the cov rules

It was close to where I needed to be at and it was very clean.

The bed was a bit harder then other holiday inns I've stayed at. There was no body wash like others have had either. I didn¿t like the sliding ¿door¿ to the bathroom, as it was a 2 person room leaving not much privacy in the bathroom

Very clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Restaurant and bar were closed

Clean and quiet room.

I asked for a king room but was told none were available. There were never more than 10 cars in the parking lot.
