First is the awesome free breakfast . The lady who's making the omelette was amazing. And the fact that they have rice, rice seasonings, other seasonings, condiments ready was fantastic! The staff was amazing too, Shout out to A (housekeeping).

Cleanliness, hot breakfast, feel safe staying here, and staff are so kind.

Pool was too cold, bed was too firm for my liking but overall a good experience. Room service is only every three days however you can request pretty much anything you need from them.

Customer service representative at check in was awful. Room wasn't clean, looked like the last guests splashed coffee on the bedroom door. Clutter/garbage and towels about left about the lobby in the morning. Not enough space to finish this review.

Easily the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Beds were the most comfortable and it almost felt like we were home. The whole family slept well, the shower was nice, the pool was great. The staff was attentive and caring.

We ate in the little dining area and there weren't enough trash bins.

My omelet wasn¿t made the way prepared so I had to send it back to be remade. There was a $50 additional charge no one gave an explanation. Also, no pool towels were found so we just went to our room anyways. Mildew in shower and stained shower curtain.

Reception, breakfast and staff

Hotel has gone from being very nice to worn out. Bed, pillows, fit n finish, cusions in buffet area. Disappointed since we have been staying here for years.

Perfect location for our purposes, very attractive and pleasant. Enjoyed the reception and especially the breakfast. Large bathroom was very nice.

Needed a little updating. Sofa was worn and uncomfortable, large stain on carpet, bathroom sink drained extremely slowly. Ridiculously small refrigerator had trouble keeping things cold.

They don't have any place to hang your towels in the bathroom.

The location is the only thing I like.

Our room was old and not very clean. Luckily we are only staying for one night. I told the lady at the front desk about the cleanliness of the room and she didn¿t even say anything. She was also not very warm but friendly.

The rooms were very clean and updated.

The sofa bed was not comfortable to sleep on and there weren¿t any pillows included for the people sleeping on that bed.

The breakfast is dynamite!

It is not as clean as when we have previously stayed. There floor in the elevator and halls were dirty. The crevasses in the kitchen and bath were really dirty, too.

Pool closed no advance notice. Sleep disturbing : Constant noise from freeway . nearby . Air conditioner did not work.

We utilize the sofa bed, and it is so bad, it must been the cheapest sofa bed ever, every time we breathe the spring squeak, we requested a an extra sheets and the front desk told me we don¿t have any at the moment, we waited 40 mins to get a fresh sheets

Since room service isn't daily, there needs to be hooks or handers for towels in bathroom.
