Great hotel for a family of five (2 adults, 3 children 12-17) Plenty of space, great amenities, very friendly check in with hotel employee, clean room, overall a great stay!
Room layout and features
The pool area was dirty. No one cleaned up trash such as old drinks and towels. There was a bloody bandage on the tile all week.
Room had everything in it you could possibly ask for. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Best of all, it was quiet and comfortable.
It would have been nice if there were more breakfast choices.
Hotel oversold and had no room for us even though we prepaid. Hugely inconvenient and costly to find something last second.

Staff was rude and unaccommodating. My wife has severe nerve damage in her back and we booked online as well as called to pre-request a room closer to an exit door. The front desk advised us upon arrival there were no rooms available near a door.

Hotel was fairly clean. Quick in and out. Lots of things to do, pool, hot tub, fire pits, grill, etc.
Booked a room with 2 queens but the beds felt like doubles.
Very comfy, great location, good facilities
