The size of the room. The comfortable beds.

No coffee maker in the room!

The room was spacious and the staff was friendly.

My room was not cleaned well. The bathroom needed to be cleaned better. There was some kind of orange substance on the bathtub so we couldn’t take a bath and hairs still on the bathroom floor. Gross

New coffee is excellent. Staff, room and breakfast all excellent.

The shower water is too soft.

Just next to i5. The noise is at crazy level day and night. I can't really get a good sleep.

I felt that my room was loud- truck noise, water and door noise, HVAC kept waking me up.

Kids running up and down hallway being loud till 10pm..I go to bed early/early riser. I think you should do half hotel adults/half kids

It was in a beautiful area. The staff were friendly and engaging. The room and hotel was clean and very well put together. And, I had enough parking for my sprinter and trailer.

Can?t say that there was anything wrong at all.

Price, location, breakfast, nice room

If you're looking for a hotel close by the freeway this is great. I just don't like the hotel next to the truck parking lot. Breakfast is good

Tub is really old and looks moldy. Floors are also dirty. The reason I tried this Holiday Inn is because the one in Medford the pool heater is mostly not working. We found a dirty socks on the sofa.

The people slamb the doors too early 5-6am, I think doors too close, and too noise.. Prices are to high

Couldn't get to the parking lot due to back up of semi-trucks on a Wednesday late afternoon, early evening.

Your staff were completely helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable about Medford and places I wanted to get to. They provided directions, addresses and smiles. Thank you.

The room layout.

The smell of the room freshener but I was able to open the window to get fresh air.

The hotel staff was incredibly wonderful and the rooms were very clean.

The location is not great for being quiet, because it's next to a truck stop.

Truck stop right next to the hotel and getting put in the worst room location right across from the pool even though the hotel was hardly full

The free breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts Ive come across. The room was spacious and modern, with a nice reading chaise.
