Candlewood Suites Owasso By IHG

Clean, large room. Love having a full fridge/freezer. Free laundry if needed.

Was hot in the room even with heat off. Could not get it cooled down.

The room was like a small apartment with appliances and plenty of space.

Our King suite was not available. We were given a room with two double Room 131. The room window was not locked. Screened window was torn, washer was running and room was not clean.

Roaches in my room I killed 5 different roaches at different times

The bed was very comfortable.

I felt it was run down and the hotel had some shady people in the front and hallways.

Website has NOT been updated since Covid and the website states they offer a continental breakfast but they DO NOT. Another parent behind me was also asking about the breakfast so I then knew I had not missed read something. Front desk young lady was very

Clean, great location, free laundry, comfort bed.

Air conditioner was loud

Candlewood suites haves much to offer! Location location location! Owasso OK is a growing community with just about Everything you could ask for! Also, the staff is very friendly and professional!

Location was great for visiting parents

The beds were so uncomfortable.Sagged in the middle. No bar soap, only pump you can't reach if you want to have a bath. Also I was told the bed was a King, but it was a double. Very small for two people. Wouldn't stay again

Initial room assigned had a faulty heater. Queried queried issue with staff and reassigned a no issue room.

The laundry, convenience store area¿s

Not enough towels left in the room

Check in was easy and efficient. The staff was very friendly.

Our air conditioner did not work but they got another room right away. We had to move our stuff.

From the front desk on everything was very good. It seems to have had a well done update. Everything you could want is less than 2 miles away.

Had a refrigerator and microwave

Not enough towels. No mat for the bathroom floor, noisy

Rooms did not have USB port but front desk agent let me borrow her's.

No USB charging port, toilet ran super loud had to fix myself, the gym and laundry were same room, so super hot.

the gym, free laundry. Bed was very comfortable

Location, Great Kitchen, Great accommodations & amenities 2 TV's

Inadequate linen supplies.3 adults in room 1 wash cloths 2 towels & 3 floor mats.

The price for this brand of the hotel was very reasonable.

This hotel is not very easy to access from the interstate. Not a bad location if the road repairs would not have been going on. I typically use hotels with some sort of a continental breakfast. this hotel doesn't offer any type of morning meal.

The kitchenette had cookware and dishes. It was located within walking distance of fast food and sit down restaurants, as well as a Walmart. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the room was very spacious, well stocked snack room, reasonably priced.

The heater did not work properly, even on high it only blew lukewarm air, thus the room was chilly the whole time. Thankfully, the weather was exceptionally mild for December. The cleaning staff would not clean the room unless asked, cheap toilet paper.

bad experience in this hotel I found in my room full of fleas and I took photos and videos I presented them to the manager they washed my clothes Only !!!!
