Staff went above and beyond! Fabulous

Didn't enjoy the breakfast bar. Too crowded and the food wasn't hot.

Front desk personnel very friendly. Location was great, close by to all kinds of eating places.

The mattress was a little too firm.

The breakfast was good & the view from window was good also.

Reserved 2 double beds and was put in a king bath only bed suite. It was nice but really needed the 2 beds instead of 1 bed.

Bathroom light super dim; asked to fix. They did not. Asked to change rooms; were told none available

It's in an excellent spot near food, shopping and entertainment.

We booked it because there were photos of a hot tub. There was no hot tub. Also the pool is freezing. There ate different photos of the pool. It's the one that's Soper small. There was a frog in the pool area

What stood out to us was the extra effort they put into making the lovely breakfast room special for the Holidays. Looked cozy and welcoming. Staff were very friendly. Overall and great Hotel

There wasn't really anything great. Average place to stay.

The breakfast was terrible. Eggs were running. Orange tasted just gross. Sausage was too salty. Potatoes had some ugly seasoning. Pool water cold. No hot tub. The sauna wasn't working. I only picked this hotel for the hot tub and swimming pool.

Cleanliness

I specifically booked this hotel for the hot tub. The hot tub wasn't working and the pool was disgusting with tons of hair all in the pool. I want my money back honestly! I will never stay at this location again and Hampton Inn will be my last go to

The rooms are smaller than other Hampton's This was a little disappointing. It doesn't have enough common space to handle the amount of people staying at the hotel. Elevators were constantly jammed & we would often have to wait for the next one.

My wife and I stay at this Hotel every year for a valentine day get away. It is always very clean, the beds are so comfortable and the staff always do an amazing job.

The check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am so you don't really get a real Day long rental just 20 hours.

It was clean, rooms were spacious, breakfast was awesome, and staff was amazing! The indoor pool was a plus!

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was easy to find and within walking distance to places to eat.

I thought the rooms could have been cleaner. It had a very bad musty smell even after turning up the air conditioner to get the humidity out. Liked the fact there was a free breakfast but the hot food we had to warm up in microwave because it was cold

The Manager. No one had water when woke due to a busted pipe.the staff was very sympathetic. But i wittnessed the manger being rude to guest. He should be fired

Excellent staff, clean room

The television would not get any channel but the weather station, the staff asked us to unplug it and plug it back in, still nothing, we were offered a different room and did not take them up on it.
