Overall, it was a good hotel, very clean, great staff, and good walking distance to Bricktown.
Didn't like the parking situation. There is no free parking at all. A person can use the hotel valet for $32 every 24hrs or walk a good distance to a parking garage. The parking garage is cheaper but nearly 2 blocks away. Can't say we will stay again due to the parking situation.

The staff was extremely friendly. The room was nice sized, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Very quiet hotel. I will definitely stay there again next time I am in OKC.
The bar wasn't open.

Room was very spacious and beds were super comfortable. The sofa bed was an extra that we actually loved. Every employee we meet was very friendly and the price was very reasonable considering the location. The breakfast and outside dining area were amazing and we loved the accessibility to all the restaurants, shops and attractions around.
There were several things: Room: No microwave in the actual room, there was one by the elevators but that was inconvenient, specially since we had a toddler and we had to warm up milk in the middle of the night, honestly I have never seen that at a hotel before. Also we found trash under the cushions on the sofa bed but we didn’t report it.Facilities: we were really sad that the pool and fitness room were unavailable, those were 2 of the things we were excited about the most. I know that unexpected things happen but I really think we should have being notified about it ahead of time and not until we were done checking in which then was too late to change our mind and find a last minute second option. We were offered to use the pool at another hotel 2 blocks away…. Not convenient at all.

Comfortable and a nice room.
Bathroom had some things coming off the wall or missing. The Pool and gym was down. The only way to park a car was meter parking or valet ($36.00 a car per night). Asked for a luggage cart and the front desk said “oh we put those away sorry” and didn’t want to get one out for us to use. For that price, I expected better.
