- Clean and well decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great location.
Cons -
- This hotel smelled like mildew. We woke everyday with headaches. The beds were horrible. The pool was filthy. Coffee was cold, food not good. Got locked out several times a day due to the door not working.
- Very thin walls with banging and dinging heard all through the night. Sounded like construction but maybe it was the elevator. No ice water available at breakfast
- Horrible experience, did not meet customer expectations, night customer service lady was very rude and didn?t have empathy for special needs child, horrible breakfast, pool not available, hallway reeked of smoke, roach
