HiWay Inn Express Kiowa Hwy 69

Nice large rooms and nice furniture, no roaches and few to no bugs.

The lamp was missing a lightbulb and the microwave didn't work

No internet dirty sheets to strong smell perfume or what ever, next to no service cheesy

Amenities and cleanliness fine for the price and its class. Looks comparable to nearby motels of same class.

Honest, I never complain about hotel staff--But clerk--perhaps owner or related to such--REFUSED to give me a simple receipt; wrote an illegible invoice, refused to mark it "paid" which I needed. Went back next morning to rectify, non one staffing office.

Right on the highway.

Attendant was nice. I called the office and he offered to check it out. It was late and I was too tired to change rooms. Housekeeping not up to par. Toilet seat left soiled and unclean. Linens not looking well maintained. No amenities to speak of.

The man at the counter was very nice and welcoming. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The floor needed vacuuming. A simple thing like that would have improved our overall stay. Nobody likes having to dust off the bottom of their feet before getting into bed.
