I like the hotel clean and the young girl that check me in was great

They bill me 250 said I was smoking in to room I 100% didn't my partner lit amatch that was it I explain it to a lady that said she was manager that was exstemly rude and even had cops called on my family that was

Room needs to be renovated as it's very worn. Breakfast was not HI Express quality. This facility did not feel like a HI Express property at all.

Fire alarm went off early in the morning waking the entire floor up. It scared our children and our 6 year old fell out of bed. It only turned off when we called and the staff was rude and didn?t give us any reasons as to why it went off.

Location, price, breakfast!!!

All the the staff was wonderful. The hotel was close to our daughter's home.

The room was a little small

The beds were comfortable and the staff cheerful.

The floor was sticky upon entry to our room. The furnishings were meant to look modern and minimalist but really seemed cheap. Blind was stained, bathroom door had been kicked in and repaired with putty, and there was a bit of leaf in the bedding.

Housekeeping was on request. Carpet in hallways didn't appear clean. Room didn't smell clean.

Staff was very friendly

Walls are paper thin. Had to listen to people stomping around above me for 2 nights. Couldnt be moved because of capacity, so I didnt get much sleep at all. Wouldve got better sleep in my truck.

I wish I had known the pool was closed prior to booking a non refundable rate. Everything else was fine.

Please figure out how to disclose if they have the pool closed. I selected this location based solely on them having a pool. Non refundable.

The beds were really comfortable.

There were several things that were a problem with our stay. First, the pool was closed. The breakfast was never fully served. We had an ant invasion in our room. No manager to help solve the problems.

The bathroom was not clean.Slow tub drain.We stayed New Year's and stayed out late. At 9:15 am New Year's Day, housekeeping knocked on our door. I told them we were sleeping and they said "sorry, we will come back" and knocked on others. Checkout 11am.

Not pet friendly as stated on website, dirty rooms, first room smelled awful, loud and noisy from some sort of machine that had hoses that were a trip hazard. Not the best stay weve had at a hotel. The morning lady who put our breakfast was SUPER NICE!

CRpet was not cery clwan. Smells musty. Overall room cleanliness waz poor. Looked like thwy cleaned tv with dirty rag.

It was nice, clean, and a smoke-free facility. Breakfast was good and Randi, the kitchen lady, was awesome! Most everything was fine. The hotel was located in what seemed to be a nice neighborhood.

Disappointed that there were no cinnamon rolls during our stay, but there was plenty of food anyway. Since our event was in a different city, getting to this hotel's location was quite a drive through the main part of Jenks. But the price was good.

A great place to stay! Most of the staff were amazing - The location on the riverwalk is perfect - restaurants and bars within walking distance. The rooms were clean and spacious and it was nice having a fridge and microwave.

The rooms were a little tired, but the beds and pillows were very comfortable.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The food was good, the room was very comfortable. The kids loved the swimming pool. The staff was very friendly and professional. Long forward to going back.

Staff was rude, phone in room did not work. Did not keep breakfast supplied.asked for new towels and never got them. Room was small.

The room was very clean and spacious. Great breakfast and perfect location to what we were in town for. Wonderful hospitality from the front desk personnel.

The cleanliness, the white bedding and the bed was so comfortable! The view was absolutely gorgeous. I couldn't have picked a better location.

Location was close to where I needed to be, and there seemed to be a decent amount of restaurants/activities nearby - although I didn't have time to explore on this trip.

I had to make 2 different reservations because I couldn't just modify my existing. For some reason, that created a lot of confusion and resulted in me not getting the nicer room, which I booked and paid for...
