Room was very dirty, shower head growing bacteria, thick layer of dust behind mounted headboard lights, toilet paper holder was broken, lamps missing lightbulbs, black short hair on bathroom floor (no one has that length in my family or has black hair).

The room was clean. The front desk was very polite and accommodating. The location was great and I recommend the king suite. There is a bit of construction and the grandkids wished the pool had been open - but it was after Labor Day so that was expected.

We CANCELLED reservations a year ago after a horrible experience in Oct 2022. The walls had large holes that we stuffed with newspapers. The bathroom was nasty, broken fixtures, shower curtain not affixed to wall, too numerous to describe in this space.
