Comfort Inn & Suites Glenpool

Ok first off this is not a 2 star hotel. We have been staying in Sand springs which is a 3.5 star. It definitely is not compared to this Comfort in. I would say Comfort Inn is a 3.5 and the Holiday Inn Express is Sand Springs is a 2 star. CI was great

Elevator not operational. By the time we found out- too late to find another. Long walk to 3rd floor for older people.

Leaving it

Was greeted by an extremely rude front desk worker. She was angry about something in her life and I got the worst attitude while checking in. I will never stay at another comfort inn

Bed is comfortable great shower. Good breakfast.

Disturbance in the next room. Could hear cursing and banging on the walls. Staff called police to settle the noise. Thank you to the evening shift desk clerk. She handled the situation well.

We have stayed here multiple times over the past few months, it is an excellent choice. The location is convenient to the highway & quick run to Tulsa. The staff is awesome, they all go above & beyond for the guests. Hotel employee on evenings is amazing!!

So clean and new. Breakfast was great. I work nights so this is my big meal of the day. I really appreciated it. Pet friendly. My dog is 28 lbs so $15 a night. Good area to walk her in. Nothing negative about this location!

The hotel is very clean and far enough off the highway so it's quiet.

Everything was great. Do wish the breakfast had biscuits and gravy and sausage links instead of patties.

The room was nice, clean, comfortable, and had the fridge and microwave as well as hot water machine for tea or coffee. I was near an elevator but never heard it. Only time I heard other guests was when I was in the hallway.

Came in town for a soccer tournament. Staff was absolutely the sweetest front desk employee we met. Everyone in out group had something positive to say about her. (Not so much the others).

Pool area needs to be cleaned and possibly redone. Old and dingy looking.

Hotel employee was helpful when we checked in. Every room we went to, including the exercise and business rooms, was clean. Sondra was pleasant and helpful upon checkout.

So many things were not maintained. The elevator was out, the edges of the pool were cracked, the rails in the stairwell were not tightly secured to the wall and were rough in some places (my finger was cut on one of the brackets).

Clean and quiet

The front desk person had her baby with her. So they are incredibly understaffed or it¿s a common occurrence. Off putting!

The hotel is obviously pretty new, and I didn¿t see a single thing broken, worn, or in needing of cleaning. The staff was quite friendly as well.

The hotel was great. The only thing stopping me from giving this hotel a complete 10-star review is our room had a slightly musty smell to it, but it was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was amazing. Overall, great hotel.

They paid attention to our baby that¿s got CP and had us in a room close to the front.

Front desk person not very knowledgeable. Had to ask her to call her manager. All was resolved and first time ever had any problems at this hotel. Always very customer friendly.

Hotel gave us other people¿s rooms three different times. We walked into rooms w/ people asleep in them at 2am. Very upsetting and concerning for both my family & the people we walked in on. Room we were given was unclean & smelled.
