Nothing. Very rude, disrespectful, and made me get everything out of the room immediately (a little after checkout time) and agreed to pay the late checkout fee. But they threatened to call the cops on me BCUZ I COULDNT GO FAST ENOUGH! Everything in..

The room was packed finally and I got out of there but it is a fact I was. Try close to frostbite on my fingers. I had to warm my hands in my stufffed car and they hurt extremely bad. I spent almost a grand and was treated this way. Terrible terrible ppl

The room was very big and nice. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was hot and well stocked if you asked for something, they would try to accommodate you.

I wish they had better creamer at the coffee station is about all I didn?t like. lol

Nothing. It was dirty and the front desk lady was sooooo rude!

My fiance got called into wm after we spent around 1K for over a weeks stay. I meant to call for a late. Checkout bcuz I had a whole lot of stuff to pack and get in the car. They threatened to call the cops on me cux I was BY MYSELF-and not fast enough

It was cozy and clean

Yes I was very sick and the hotel clerk was so rude,I was very disappointed and didn't expect such unprofessional behavior.

I had small children with me and it was great that I was able to get them in and out of the hotel room without having to climb stairs or go up to elevators

The hotel charged me $50 incidentals with a promise to refund and they did not

while eating breakfast and watching the news, the staff turns the tv off. plugged phone charger into plug on the table light, and the plug would not let the charger unplug, which broke my charger. and the said oh well. not are fault.

Breakfast

The room was cold and did not have the heat on before arriving. It took hours to warm up. The heater did not seem to be working correctly. We did not say anything as the front desk stated they was full to capacity. Did not seem to be a 7.8 star hotel.

The price

The hotel was grungy. Run down. The room was very humid and smelled bad.

Room Size and Bed Size Air conditioning was quiet Cleaning Staff was GREAT

Not the greatest welcome when I arrived. No Creamer Pool was closed

The staff was polite and nice despite having the worst, most disgusting stay in my life.

Everything else. Room was filthy, no shower curtain, toilet was already clogged when I checked in, one plunger for the whole hotel, bedding was yellow and smelt of sweat, hair was on the pillows, and the toiletries were half used and lying around.

This hotel is in a good location just outside of Tulsa, right off of Hwy 75. We appreciated the morning breakfast options & small outdoor pool. The staff was accommodating when we asked for towels, but we had to gather up and trade in our used ones first.

We were not told that our rooms would be upstairs & there is no elevator until we checked in. Not easy to carry luggage &get upstairs w/ physical disabilities. There was a live roach in the bathtub & rooms smell of mold. Water leaking from all rooms AC's.

Overall nothing

Being locked out of room while the so called maintenance man unloaded supplies vs coming to unlock our door. Waiting with 2 impatient kids was completely unsatisfactory.

Staff was rude. Room was disgusting. Checked out as soon as I saw the room. Room wasnt even ready for check in at 5:15 pm. Traffic was TERRIBLE at the light to get in and out.

Price, clean linen

Thin walls, filthy grounds, walls and carpet in disrepair, treacherous staircase.

Nothing really. Very dated. The bathtub had not properly been resurfaced so we could mint take a bath

The bathtub and the ice were all somewhat dated smell of the room, although it appeared to be clean, it had a slight odor.

There was an issue with the type of room I had requested 2 beds and they booked 1. The hotel staff took care of it before I checked in and never had anther issue with it.

It was convenient to our family we were visiting.

after booking, I called them directly to let them know I was bringing 2 dogs. They never said anything on the phone, but waited till we checked in to tell us there was a $10 charge per dog per night. Very unfair. The free hot breakfast was not hot.

The location off of the highway there in Glenpool made the hotel easy to access.

The AC didn't work in the room and the shower wouldn't turn on. I will never return to this hotel again.

A nice quiet place clean the lady that was working at the front desk that day was not very friendly at all but All in all I will return thanks
