Not really anything

Wasn't very pleased my family stop by my room seen me a shorr cause I have cancer and an't be out in the heat of the day.. Staff questioned me who they were, why they were there and made me feel like I was wrong an watched me til checkout

Nothing!

Everything! Dusty, dead bugs, and shower didn't work. Drug addicts outside down all night. Said we can have a refund after first night. Said we should receive credit in 3-5 days. Haven't received anything.

Cleanliness. Professioalism, helpfulness and friendliness of staff

Check in staff was very nice and courteous.

The room had not been cleaned properly. The shower was dirty with body hair and the toilet had splatter on the lid.

This is the third time we have stayed at the Super 8 in Duncan, and will most likely again, if need be. It is affordable, clean and easy to get in to.

We were a little disappointed - the room had a toilet that didn't flush well, the tub faucet was leaking and had been for some time; when we went in for breakfast, didn't look like any food out, nor was any staff visible. We got breakfast elsewhere.

The lady at the front desk night of check in was very nice and helpful.

Bathroom needs repairs and hot water would be hot then cold .

The bed had no flat sheet and very skimpy pillow felt like sleeping on just a box spring cause there was only one mattress found food on the floor and the shower did not work very well

The room had new carpet. The bathroom had a large counter.

Older hotel that needs to continue to update the rest of the room. Lots of trash in the parking lot.

The man working the check in counter was very friendly!

Online pictures look clean, it is old but also not clean! We had a nonsmoking room but it smelled SO strong of smoke!! Would not recommend staying here. At least the bed was comfortable.

Location and staff was pleasant.

Little hot water at around midnight¿ ok in morning¿

It was 37 mile from Fort Sill . Nasty disgusting it smelled by located next to a bar. People was hanging outside. I didn¿t feel safe at all. By it being so late I made the best of it for that night. And didn¿t stay the second night. Had to book another.

The dirty grout . The spots on the wall the filthy carpet nasty toilet the gray washcloth cracked tile around the bathtub over all disgusting

The reminder of not to count on Super 8.

Sheets had not been changed from previous guest. Bath Tub was full of hair and dirt. No trash can in room. Previous guest discarded clothing in room. Room was extremely dirty and soiled. Super 8 has really slipped, disappointing. Wake up corporate

Other than location because it was close to family and it had a tv. none

It is located right next to a Night club, so constant in and out of cars (constant slamming doors)Must have been a Hotel party for Fleet ServicesS.A. Too Expensive for a 1 star hotel.Towels are pathetic and only get 3 in a 2 bed room DO NOT STAY HERE!

meh. no real "best" thing to talk about. it was mostly clean. and close to all the shops and things we needed.

found some left over trash and socks from the previous customer. the building is kind of needing some TLC. water pressure was not great. beds were super uncomfortable.

I had left my coat and when I called approximately 5 hours later it had already disappeared! :-(

I had to call 4 times to get an answer as I they were putting me off; I believe they were hoping I would forget about it or give up.

The bed, clean, across from Walgreens, spacious, had a microwave and a fridge.

Not enough towels. The ceiling tiles are coming down. Labeling on the heater/air conditioning unit (there were no words on it and it made it difficult to tell what mode had it on)

Staff did not know how to use the computer and was slow did not have the room I asked for or nothing

The managers/operators were rude and unprofessional (staff was friendly). We found hair in the bathtub. Showers barely worked.

Convenient to my work site.

I don't know what situation I walked into when checking in but the employee was being combative with a guest. Unacceptable in my line of work. Also, the ice machine is located in the neighboring hotel. Obviously, same owners.

Easy location, looks like the rooms have been updated recently.
