Pool not working Didn’t clean room had to tell them Truck was being refurbished the whole time we were there in front of our room oil smell and messy

I booked this room and let them know I had my service cat which we have a medical form from the dr. She is a emotional support cat for Epilepsy. I called them on the 12th to be sure we had a downstair room or if they at least had an elevator.

I would say that this hotel is just okay but not up to the standards of other quality inns. Are some areas are under renovation and it is needed. For example the pool was closed and due to renovation required. All personnel did a good job.

My room showed some wear and tear was okay and I would say average.I have stayed another quality inns that were Superior to this one.

The Hotel was dirty and it had a strip club right next to it. I feel like the pictures on the website were a lie. The room wasn't very clean. was disappointed.

Rooms are clean, AC works well, has plenty of hot water, good value

Comfortable beds, friendly staff, big pool, convenient to activities, overall good visit wud recommend

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast was good and the staff was very efficient at keeping everything supplied.

The pool was freezing!

Rooms were clean and staff was excellent. Hotel restaurant (Drillers) had excellent food, just not served well.

Breakfast was dismal.

Every employee I encountered was very friendly ans professional. Really loved the restaurant. And breakfast was good.

The bars adult drinks were outrageously over priced! Holy cow $12.00 for a 12 oz alcoholic drink. Felt like we should have stayed at the VFW their drinks same size at much lower prices $3.25..

The staff was extremely rude, the place seemed to be falling a part.

We found a roach in the bathroom. The towels were so thin you could hardly get dry with one.

Superb in all areas. Very friendly and helpful staff. Best place I've stayed in in a very long time.

nothing the worst motel I have ever stayed at

motel was not clean. shower walls has soap scum on it. carpet in the swimming area was very dirty and torn.

Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Carpet was new, new paint on walls. Ac worked great. Bed linens appeared new and in good condition.

Shower curtain looked dirty. Shower walls had soap scum buildup on the walls. Drain in shower was very slow. By the end of shower was ankle deep in water. Coffee pot needed to be thrown away very old and dirty looking.

I likedt the fact that the rooms had been redone and were updated

The only thing that was missing was the Breakfast needs some work but it still wasnt bad!!

there was a lot of remodeling going on and while that's acceptable. there was furniture sitting all over in the parking lot. the pool was down for maintence which I was looking forward to a pool since the star level I was at was supposed to have a pool

nothing....ratty, & very run down appearance. Did not stay at location. Room smelled bad and there was no parking. Left location and stay at the Hampton Inn in Duncan for 3 days.

The front desk clerk was courteous.........this is THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS HOTEL.
